It was bright out. A good day- or rather a good morning that had not yet had the chance to be ruined. Not that it mattered to the black brute much. He was always the one that did the ruining of other wolves' days. Hardly ever did his day get ruined that he would almost laugh at the idea of someone managing to get under his skin.
...not that there was anyone around to try.
He stopped moving for a second, scanning the area around him with his shimmering gold eyes. The Valley was quiet. It had been quiet since he started traveling through from the forests. His ears strained to pick up any noise that wasn't the wind or a stray bird from above. It unsettled him a bit, being used to the chattering sounds of the forest...but no one in the forest that he knew had what he wanted.
Howling for the attention of someone was not what he was used to, even less so was the idea of laying down for someone else. Quickly, he thought over his options and how far he was willing to trust and pledge loyalty to another.
'As long as they are not stupid,' he thought to himself, "but wait...if they are stupid then I can just take over...and that would be better."
With his thoughts in proper order, he sat in place, just at the border, and called for who was most likel;y going to be his future master- despite his loner tendencies.

The sun was shining so warmly that a wolf would be a fool not to stretch out on the nearest rock and soak up its rays. A wolf would be a fool not to relax by the river and take a cool drink while enjoying the warm breeze. A wolf would be a fool not to get out of the territory for a while and take a stroll while the weather was at its most pleasant.
If that were the case, then Perjury was a fool because she was doing none of those things, and in fact she wasn't anywhere to be seen. "Seen" was the operative word here. One might assume that she wasn't anywhere nearby, but that assumption would be incorrect, and one that she would use to her advantage. At least she would if this were an invasion, but the muffled howl she heard was definitely one of benevolent intentions...or at least as benevolent as an evil could get. Still, it was arguably more important to keep one's skills in ambush and espionage honed in peacetime. There was no use in being a good fighter, after all, if you let yourself be sloppy and out of practice most of the time.
No matter about that, though. There was a newcomer to attend to, and it would be rude to keep him waiting. With a rumble, the ground a few feet in front of Drak began to twist and turn like a restless sea, and just as suddenly two paws burst from its surface. Perjury hoisted herself fully out from under the ground, hardening it back to its original form as she climbed free. Coated in dirt she could hardly be recognized, but with a quick exhale she cast it all from her pelt and stood, pristine, before the newcomer as the glow of her power tattoo on her inner thigh finally faded and all the earth stood still once more.
"Good afternoon," she stated, getting right to business, "I am Perjury and these are my lands upon which you stand. I trust that you have come seeking a place among the ranks of the Frigid Plague?"

The sun was shining...not for BlueLight , he had been having the worst week of his life!He almost got killed a couple of days ago in the forests. And still he wandered and wandered with no idea where he was.He still hadn't learned his lesson about the dangers of the outside world, even his own pack had felt sorry for him because he was so stupid. Then he thought to himself "What if I stopped wandering?".But deep down he knew he never had the courage to stop wandering, he was too curious about the world that surrounded him. The sun was still shining greatly, and BlueLight was still sad for know reason , just like always. He thought again to himself"I'm Hungry" forgetting that his pack was miles away from him. Then He saw two wolves, and has he saw them his stomach began to twist in knots. It felt has if he was internally bleeding. He hid behind a rock has fast has he could, closing his eyes and curling up into a tiny ball.

It wasn't very long after he ended his call out to the alpha/alphess of the land which he sought to become parts of...that the ground began to shake beneath him. Already having been on edge about the odd area, he backed up a couple body lengths and was considering the chance that he might need to find safety from whatever animal or animal horde was causing the phenomenon.
Instead he was surprised to find out that there was a creature coming up from under the earth. His surprise continued to grow as it became clear that the creature in question was a fellow wolf- and then not only was it a wolf popping out of the ground, but the very same wolf that had their smell marking all over the border of the territory.
"I'm no longer sta-.." he started but stopped, looking at the alphess for a moment before sighing to himself. This wolf seemed to be all about the business, so there was no room to have fun with her right now- he had a goal to accomplish.
A new smell carried by a breeze caught his attention, but when he looked there was only a large rock. He blinked, unable to ascertain the goals for a wolf behaving in such a way but he doubted it could eb a very dangerous one. Turning his attention back to the female, he stepped back up to his spot and nodded. "I did come looking for a pack."

This was very good news indeed. Her ranks were thin, and anyone who could bolster them was a valuable addition. "In that case, I welcome you. You will want for nothing in this pack; we have one of the largest and most valuable territories in the valley, and our alliance with the Honovi makes us unstoppable if we must ever defend our lands or take something that we need. All we ask in return is loyalty, to me and to the Honovi. Make no conflict with them, and you will do well."
She gestured to the ground from which she had just emerged, "As you have seen, I hold power over the soil. It's of great use to me in many aspects of protecting these lands, and that includes feeling out intruders." She spoke the last part more loudly than was necessary for just Drak to hear her and started at the rock that BlueLight was hiding behind. "Did you think you could stay safe and hidden from me on my own lands with such simple tactics? Come out and explain yourself, or you will be dragged from that spot and made to answer for this intrusion in a much more unpleasant fashion."

...BlueLight heard the loud voice and got up from behind the rock and very slowly walked to where he could be seen. Then He looked up at the wolf and said in a very quiet voice " I wandered here, and I don't know where I am,my name is BlueLight.Do you know what this place is?"He then put his head down to the soil , and hid his tail.He said quietly to himself "I'm going to die aren't i?My pack warned me about this and i didn't listen. He looked up again waiting for an answer.

Well, that was easier than he thought. he contemplated the wisdom of blindly accepting anyone who came to give you a howl, but he figured he was pretty much in already. He gave a shrug when mention of loyalty came up, he wasn't going to argue. 'making no cnflicts' sounded boring, so he supposed he'd just avoid contact until he got a clearer view of how things were going to work for him in this pack. Besides, it sounded completely worth it, the way that she had pitched it to him.
And things got more interesting once she made it clear that she knew about the other wolf too. He watched with amusement, and perhaps a bit of interest as she not only informed the other wolf but made such a nice threat. He shivered slightly, images racing across his mind as he imagined the punishment that she might dole out.
Disappointingly, the sniveling fool came out of his hiding spot and -as he found more disgusting- lowered himself al the way to the ground before her. All was well anyways, he had no intentions of talking to this wolf, it was for the alphess to do. His tail squished gently from side to side as he waited for his chance to watch her handle the pitiful situation.

Perjury raised an eyebrow at the wolf who cowered before her. Not even an adult, just a young thing who had obviously wandered too far from home. "Didn't your mother and father ever teach you to stay out of a pack's territory?" she said sternly, taking a few steps closer to the pup, "This the land of the Frigid Plague, an evil pack that has lived in this forest for generations. You should have known better than to come here, pup."
It was a problem. BlueLight was clearly not evil, but it wasn't as though she could tear a pup to shreds for stepping on her lands. "You're not going to die. If you had stepped onto the Dark Donoma's lands you probably would have died, but you should count your blessings that I am not the type of alphess who feels the need to assert her power over exponentially weaker wolves."

"Thank You" BlueLight said,Then he thought to himself "I walked that much!".Then like an idiot he says "Wow".Then walks behind the rock and thinks"There really all evil...and who's Dark Donoma?"BlueLight then walks up to the wolf and smiles and says "My parents hate me that's why I wander to these places, because I'm curious! and if curiosity will kill me then so be it!".

And so the situation was dealt with, the pup would go away and Drak would come away from this with a little seed of respect for the alphess who he had decided to join. Or so he thought. The little seed was still there, but unfortunately, so was the little pain who had found the territory.
Drak really wanted nothing to do with him, especially after his sudden announcement and explanation- complete with a big smile. For once in a really REALLY long time, Drak found himself annoyed with someone...and that someone was just a pup.
Still believing that it was the alphess's job to deal with this problem, he trotted a bit further into the land, almost as if he was solidifying his position in the new pack to himself. Looking back over to the two, he layed down. Having his question answered and being told to go away after being so lucky as to not be killed for tresspassing should have been enough, but apparently the pup didn't quite get it...so it miht be a while before he was actually gotten rid of. That was fine, as long as Drak didn't get directly involved, he could wait.

Eugh. If Perjury ever needed a reminder as to why she didn't like Good wolves, this was it. They all acted so strange, and they didn't have any respect for boundaries. Still, 'punish malevolence with your teeth, punish idiocy with your tongue.' That was a lesson she hadn't forgotten.
"You are a fool of a pup," she said, leaning down to be at eye level with BlueLight, "It is not curiosity that will kill you, it is Ilana or Rhett and they will delight in slowly tearing you apart. You won't think your foolish wanderings are such a fun adventure when they make you the designated chew toy for their deplorable brood. If you don't fear evil, then at least fear insanity."
Perjury searched her brain for solutions to this little problem. She could simply pick the pup up by the scruff and carry him out of her lands, but who's to say he wouldn't come right back? He clearly didn't heed her last warning, so it wouldn't surprise her to find him exercising his "curiosity" around these parts again. The best idea would be to send him to where he belonged and hope that he would learn proper behavior there.
"Your life sounds like a tragedy," she said bluntly to his unusually chipper declaration, "But you align yourself with good, do you not? Southwest of here is the Eternal Snowfall pack. They call themselves "good" and I am fairly certain that the only ones they bother hating are us evils. You should make haste to those lands and seek protection there, as I understand it there are many interesting features of that territory that will satisfy your curiosity. Southeast of here is the Dark Donoma packland. Go there if you truly wish for your curiosity to kill you, because I will not be the one to satisfy that desire."
Hopefully the pup would be satisfied. Perjury looked back at Drak, who was visibly irritated by the intrusion, "You should only hope that border patrol will be this eventful when you are assigned to it." she said simply, and it was pretty close to the truth. This was the most mentally stimulating day Perjury had had all week.

"Ya, But I hate snow, and I don't think of myself has good or evil,I think of myself has a neutral person, and honestly would you kill a pup?"He asked. Then He thought "If i could fly I could go anywhere!"Still not thinking about how angry these wolves might be.Then He said to Perjury "Isn't everybody evil in a sense, I mean wolves should be equal right? We all kill and pretty much do the same things,Except for the fact that kind wolves are welcoming, but if I came up to you and said I was evil would you be welcoming???".

To say that this pup was twanging her last nerve would be an understatement. It had been a long time since someone had shown Perjury such blatant disrespect, and it wasn't something she was looking to make a daily occurrence. "I told you that I wasn't going to kill you, but that was before you purposefully disrespected my border. I am giving you one last opportunity to leave peacefully before I demonstrate what it is that sets evils apart from the others."
She looked back once again at Drak, "If you do not wish to deal with little intruders who are too big for their britches, you may excuse yourself to the dens in the forest and select one for yourself. Or, if the little one still thinks himself invincible then you have my permission to prove otherwise. I will not humor this charade any longer."

Now BlueLight felt like going home,But then again he knew nothing of his home,he practically didn't even know where he was!The He thought"What if I just walk and walk and walk has far has I can and maybe I'll get to my pack, but there is also another chance that I will end up in Dark Domona's territory and then I would be killed for sure".Then He said to Perjury"I don't no where my pack is,and I'm just a pup. I don't know the lands or territories."
He looked around and then dug his face into the soil and said"I don't know anything.Just kill me already,I don't deserve to live".He looked back up at Perjury and stared her in eye and frowned, then dug his face back into the dirt.

At the point that Perjury started to give the pup death threats, Drak smirked a bit to himself. At least his alphess wasn't a complete softy. He would have thought it to be a disgrace to evils everywhere if she had been. He would have had to either kill her or renounce his still fresh loyalties. As it was...he didn't have to do either.
When she addressed him, and offered to let him deal with the most annoying pup in the world, he grinned at her. It was so precious to him that she had finally lost her patience and started giving in to that which was at the base of all evil wolves that he knew- ruthlessness.
Suprisingly, the pup continued with his crusade of annoyingness and egging of his own death. Seeing as both they had enough, Drak got up and stretched before loping over to them. "I will gladly take handle of this, since you seem tired of it....if it's all the same to you, I would give him three options."
Stepping closer to the pup, he put his face right in front of his. "he can continue on like this, and I will kill him slowly so that he regrets every word..or he can realize how idiotic he is and run away to who knows where...or I can take him in as a son, demand that he learn to shut up and be a proper wolf, and punish him severly when he disappoints me."
He was not gentle with his words, indeed he was very stern and blunt...and while it was stated as if he was still talking to her, it was actually directed towards the pup in front of him. He waited silently for his answer, his intense gold eyes scrutinizing him carefully, not giving him an inch to deflect this, possibly the last choice he may ever get.
