We are all shocked and sad to see her go, but nevertheless, she has asked us to take care of her characters. In an effort to find the most suitable owners for each individual character, the staff and I are holding Auditions for her characters. Let's see if I can do this right...

Character I want to adopt: Tear

Sample Post: Tear smiled and slowly stalked forward. Her legs were crouched and she was nearly invisible to anyone not paying special attention. Her colors blended almost perfectly with the stalks of drying autumn grass and her paws skillfully maneuvered around the rods that would crackle if they were disturbed. No, she was invisible - the target had no idea she was even coming...

She lunged and felt with great satisfaction the fur on her paw pads and claws of her youngest pup. Chance giggled happily and quickly wriggled out of her grasp. Ramone - as usual - had been horsing around with the children, and no way was she going to let them get away with it without including her! Chance solicited Helios's help in tackling their mother and to her surprise, they actually overpowered her. They were growing so fast! Bianca yipped excitedly as they were winning the game and Ramone came to her rescue, made one of his ridiculous but charming speeches about his "lady Tear" and made a spectacle of himself giving her a big, sloppy lick on the cheek. The pups all groaned and covered there eyes and she started to protest and lecture Ramone, but now he had her on her back and was gazing into her eyes with that dopey smile of his that she found so difficult to say no to.

An ear flicked and she quickly nudged Ramone off of her as a clear howl sounded. Blaise was calling, and it sounded important. Chance playfully nipped at her ear, eager to get the game going again, but she shrugged him off and got to her feet. "C'mon gang, Blaise is calling." and in seconds she was loping alongside her mate with the pups trailing after them eagerly.

"What could Blaise be calling for? Is the pack in some danger? Is there something more that we need to do before winter sets in?" her thoughts were quickly shifted from pleasure to duty and she pressed forward, eager to respond to the call.

Character I wish to adopt: Analise

Sample post:
The sun was high in the sky and a petite-looking she-wolf was laying in the shade of a large oak tree, gnawing on the bone of her most recent meal. Some of the trees low-hanging branches obscured the view of the female, but at a good angle the forest creatures that littered the place she called home could see she had a pelt with navy blue markings and a main color that looked like the color of the gemstone Aquamarine, a rather special gem that was the birthstone for March and was derived from the Latin words of 'aqua' meaning 'water' and 'marine' meaning 'sea.'

Although this gemstone was said to protect those in water, that simply wasn't in this she-wolf's nature, as she was a rather nasty one despite her sweet name and Siren-entrancing voice. She lured furry little creatures close with her sweet voice before biting them, sometimes missing on purpose and other times glad her bite was worse than her bark, but her words nastier than both. "What're you looking at, pea-brain?" she snarled at one squirrel that had the nerve to look at her and chatter, Analise not liking this and growling some as she wasn't given an answer, snapping her jaws at the squirrel and sniggering to herself as he darted off up the oak tree she rested under, looking around in hopes of seeing someone else in the pack to cause mischief with and huffing in frustration when she saw no other wolves around, returning to gnawing on her bone until it snapped...

Character I wish to adopt: Dahlia

Sample post:
The young, petite female was laying amongst the undergrowth in the Sapling Grove territory, her pink and black pelt sticking out amongst the lush green ground beneath her small body. The female's mind was lost amongst the thoughts that swarmed around in it like bees in a hive. She gazed up at the clouds with her pale blueish-green eyes, pointing out what the clouds looked like to her even though she wasn't really around anyone else in her pack. She liked to come out to the borders so that she could be her spunky little self and wouldn't have to explain what a Frackling was whenever she pointed it out at odd moments.

Dahlia sighed softly as she continued her cloud-gazing, her bushy tail thumping against the ground as her mind switched thoughts, now thinking up a new purple creature instead of how to reach the ripe fruits and large nuts that grew in the trees that brought a decent amount of prey for the pack to eat- not that she really cared though, her mind always floating amongst the clouds and soaring like the birds in the sky. "I wonder what it'd be like to fly.." she murmured to herself, her eyes watching as a nearby bird flapped its wings and flew off, standing up and eagerly chasing after it in good fun, laughing as she ran until the bird flew out of her sight, plopping down on her haunches and sighing softly in content before standing and prancing back off in the area the den was...

Since no one is even promising competition I see no reason why you cannot have Dahlia. She is yours. However @archer would like to compete for Annalise. So I will give him another week to post before handing her over to you.

Just a question, but is it mandatory to keep Dahlia within her current pack? I'm not even sure which threads or areas she's located in currently and there's quite a large sum of threads I'd have to look through to find out...

FYI Glitch, Dahlia is supposed to be in the Pack Hunt: The Triumph of Teamwork in the Hunting Plains and you can just pop her in there if you'd like. Other than the pack meeting and her acceptance thread I don't see where she's been used much but I will certainly help you track them down if you'd like.

I’d like to adopt Lisanna, but I was wondering if I could tweak her personality a bit to something that’s easier for me to play such as this:

Quite the tomboy and rougher than her sister, Lisanna doesn’t mind getting down and dirty. She’s humorously sarcastic and loves making bad puns. She knows her sister has is angry about their abandonment but doesn’t really mind since she has no memory of her previous life and believes herself to be better off now. She tries to enjoy life in the moment but tends to hold grudges against her peers when they annoy her.

Here’s my sample post:

Little jaws moved up and down as the twig protested with cracks and creaks. Lisanna pulled off a small piece of wood and gnawed at it for a bit before spitting it out and returning to the larger counterpart. Noticing Mom padding across Ashwood Grove. Lisanna repositioned her stick so she could carry it and ran over, excitedly. ”Hey, Mom! Look!” The wooden chew toy dropped out her maw as she spoke. Lisanna hurriedly picked it back up before continuing, ”I found a new gnawing stick! Isn’t it great?” Blaise, knowing it would be reduced to slivers within hours, mustered up a smile.

Reading the fake expression, Lisanna was disappointed, but then she noticed a patch of mud ahead of Mom. That immediately lifted her spirits. She ran ahead to splash into the puddle. A thought occurred to her. Looking back, she called to Blaise, ”Come on, Mom! Show some excitement! Don’t be…” Lisanna placed her twig vertically into the mud, ”A stick in the mud!” Lisanna laughed at her own joke and enjoyed to the soft groan from Mom.
