Burnice;" These caves look neat!" Burnice quietly stated as she had entered a cave. She explored in the cave and she got a little frighten " Um.. Now I feel scared... I feel, lonely" Burnice gulped as she walked back out of the cave " Oh but it looks so interesting! maybe if I had someone else with me, I won't be so scared." Burnice got out of the cave and looked up at the night sky " Night already?" her soft voice had a groan. She looked down at the ground and closed her eyes, moments later she was lost in her mind " what if I were to have more wolves around me? friends? maybe a pack... That way, I can learn how to be more brave!" she smiled softly not knowing she even smiled. Finally, Burnice opened her eyes and lifted her head up and howled, it wasn't so loud because of the fact her voice itself wasn't loud but someone close by at least could hear the howl. Baal;
The night is quiet except for some of the few bugs that still sing in autumn, filling the air with their quiet chirps and clicks. The night sky is illuminated by bright stars and a beautiful moon. Not a cloud in sight to dull the light given off of the little specks that scatter the dark sky.
Baal's large paws step on the ground quietly, creating a slight crunch of the rocks underneath his paws and small pebbles and dust falling off of his paws as he lifts them up. He strolls slowly through the beautiful mountain, taking in each of the differences in the rock formations and different plants that grow on and around the mountain. He'd only been walking for a few minutes when a howl can be heard reverberating quietly through the valley that Baal walks through. He tilts his head and sniffs the air, catching the scent of a wolf that had walked through a while ago.
The smokey-blue, dull-pelted male makes his way to a few caves, a female, her coat is a variety of yellows and blues and she's much smaller than Baal's towering height and larger build.
"Hello there. Any reason for the howl?" Baal's features are intimidating and have a censorious look. His bronze eyes piercing with a confident spark that match how he carries himself.
The intimidating aura that surrounds him instantly disappears when a bright smile graces his features. Suddenly, it's like he's a different wolf. He's welcoming, friendly and, unlike before, he shows his true approachable personality.

Burnice;
Her paws buried in the dirt, clinging on to the ground. Burnice didn't know why she was doing this, she heard a large male approach and speak "Hello there. Any reason for the howl?" Burnice hoped up a little being startled "Eeep!" she looked at the male "Oh my, I'm sorry." she apologized for being startled "I howled because the night was beautiful and the moon was bright." suddenly she wasn't scared and she gave a soft smile "My name is Burnice, It's nice to meet you." Burnice got her claws out of the dirt and her tail wagged slowly.
She looked at the large male and met his gaze, she was much smaller than him she could tell. "These caves look pretty neat, but I am afraid to enter there alone." Burnice looked down as her ears flattened, she was ashamed to admit she was scared but she wanted to be honest.

Baal;
The female jumped a bit when she registered Baal's words and sudden appearance, earning a small laugh from the male.
The female then proceeded to apologize and explain the reason for the howl, but honestly, he didn't really mind the howling much, he just was curious as to why she was howling. The different answers that he receives from different wolves always interest them, as he could as the same question, yet be told something that's the exact opposite of what another wolf had told him.
The she-wolf introduces herself as Burnice, and as she was starting her introduction, her expression changed from a panicked, and worried state to a much happier and friendly one. Baal could see her body visibly relax and her tail began to slightly wag, expressing newfound happiness.
"Sorry that I scared you. Didn't mean to sneak up on you like that. It's a pleasure to meet you, Burnice. My name is Baal."
The large male begins to move closer to the she-wolf as she's already calmed down from her startled state, and she explains that she wants to explore the cave, but she's too scared to enter alone. Of course, Baal has no problem with helping her explore the cave since he actually wants to go check it out anyways.
As Baal reaches the she-wolf, he towers over her, realizing how small she actually is compared to himself,
"I have no problem with accompanying you in the cave. I'd like to have a look around myself as well." Baal looks at the female, waiting for a response of whether or not she wants to go in the cave or not, either way, Baal will travel in, alone or not.

Burnice;
She gave a soft smile to the large wolf "Pleasure to meet you too, Baal." Burnice noticed Baal moving closer to her, she did not move but instead looked up to Baal "My! Your very tall!" Burnice said with her eyes widen on amazement. "I have no problem with accompanying you in the cave. I'd like to have a look around myself as well." She smiled when she heard Baal say this "I would love the company! Thank you, Baal." her smile widen then turned to the cave that was behind her "This way!" she said sweetly as she slowly started to enter the cave.
Burnice looked around, the cave was kind of dark but enough for a wolf to see through "Um." she started trembling a little as she was scared of the dark. She went up to Baal "Um, maybe you go in front, no?" Burnice gave the puppy eyes basically begging him to go in front.

Baal;
"My! You're very tall!"
Baal gives a small laugh at the female's reaction, although it's more of a louder exhale than a laugh. It wasn't unusual for him to have to literally look down at wolves to actually make any sort of eye contact with them.
As the female before him continues talking, he listens and silently nods, beginning to make his way behind the female until she suddenly stops in front of him,"Um, maybe you go in front, no?"
"Oh. That's fine." The large male moves in front of the female, closer to the cave and he begins to take a few steps, moving into the cave, with the assumption that the female isn't too far behind.
The cave is almost too dark to see and Baal has to blink a few times to get his eyes to adjust fully to the darkness of the cave. Through the cave, the sound of dripping water can be heard along with the running of a small stream.
As Baal continues walking, the ground becomes uneven and the ground is scattered in some loose pebbles and gravel, most likely from other wolves unknowingly bringing the small rocks in from the outside.
"Watch your step. There's loose gravel scattered around, Baal says, speaking into the dark, hoping that the female had actually followed him in and was able to hear his words.

Burnice;
She watched as Baal passed in front of her, phew! at least now she can feel a little better about this "Again, Thank you, Baal." her smile had not been off her face. Burnice slowly walked behind him and stayed close, making sure she was not left behind.
Her ears perked up as Burnice can hear drips of water, she shook her head maybe trying to see better. "Water?" Burnice questioned and slightly tilted her head at the sound of it. Burnice continued to walk next to Baal hoping nothing might pop up and scare poor Burnice to death.
""Watch your step. There's loose gravel scattered around."
"Ok Baal." Burnice watched the ground carefully as she walked, suddenly, a few bats came out flying "Eeeep!" she screamed and lowered her body ducking "Bats!" her body quivered in fear and she puffed and huffed and couldn't stop.

Baal;
Baal halts his steps at the sound of quiet squeaking from multiple voices that echo throughout the walls of the cave followed by Burnice screaming, falling to the floor, and then shouting "Bats!".
The male turns quickly, catching the she-wolf in his sights and moves to jump over her, using his body to shield her head from the dark cloud of bats flying above him, while he ducks his head between his two front legs, using them to protect himself.
After the bats had passed, Baal stands back up and moves from over the female.
"Are you okay?" Baal tilts his head at the she-wolf, feeling a slight sting on his back. "I must've gotten cut by one of them."
He turns his head, looking at his back and spotting a small gash on his back, exhaling heavily,
"Now I've got to take care of this wound, huh?" Licking the wound, trying to clean up any blood that's seeped out of it and to sooth the slight sting that it produced. He turns his head back to Burnice, looking over her back for any wounds similar to him, even though he knew it was unlikely since he was hovering over her body, his large form covering most of hers and shielding her from any passing bats.
"You didn't get cut by one did you?"

Burnice;
Even though her eyes were closed, Burnice could sense Baal hovering over her trying to protect her from any possible damage. "Meep!" she said very quietly still afraid of the bats. Finally, the bats passed and Baal moved from over Burnice, she stood up and looked around just to make sure there were no more bats "There gone.. Right?" she looked behind her before she looked at Baal "I'm ok, Thank you." she gave a quiet sigh and notice Baal had a wound "Oh my! Baal, you got cut by one of them! Are you hurt? " she tilted her head hoping it was nothing serious.
"You are very brave, Baal, I can tell. I wish I was more brave." Burnice looked down and sighed once more. "Baal, tell me, are you part of a pack? You have the appearance of a leader, and your so brave! You must be part of some kind of pack." she asked almost excited to hear his answer.

Baal;
Burnice notices the small injury on his back and he turns back to look at it, noticing that the bleeding has already stopped for the most part, before answering the she-wolf's question,
"It's fine. It stings a bit, but, I'm sure it'll heal up pretty soon. No need to worry," Baal speaks with his usual, friendly smile and his same smooth and silvery, easy to listen to voice as he tries to rid Burnice of any worry she has.
"You are very brave, Baal, I can tell. I wish I was more brave. Baal, tell me, are you part of a pack? You have the appearance of a leader, and you're so brave! You must be part of some kind of pack."
Baal's head tilts as he looks down at the female before his smile reappears to grace his sharp features, taking away his natural intimidating look, while replacing it with his true, kind personality.
"Thank you. I'm sure you're braver than you think. You just need to put yourself up to different things. Make sure you don't do something too dangerous though and injure yourself. Anyways, I'm not currently in any pack. But that's funny you say that because I want to soon create my own pack. At the moment I'm trying to pull together some good allied wolves to be able to find a territory that'll be a good fit. The large male wasn't sure where Burnice stood in allegiance, but he had already assumed that she wasn't evil. If she was a good allied wolf, Baal would have no problem inviting her to help form a pack since she seems to have a kind heart, although maybe not so suited for the battlefield, she could potentially make for a good healer after the proper training.

Burnice;
She sighed in relief knowing that the male wasn't harmed too badly, a smile came on to her face. "Joy!" Burnice nearly jumped and she was really happy to know that Baal was ok. Her eyes looked up at Baal still, she had a soft smile.
Her eyes widen hearing the males words "You think I'm braver than what I think?" she closed her eyes and thought to herself "I am braver, I know I can be!" Burnice nodded slowly then looked again at Baal "Well Baal, I am a good wolf, and I would be happy to help you create a pack!" her tail swayed almost fast and still, Burnice's smile never faded.
"I may not look much, but I am stronger than I look." Burnice turned back and slowly walked outside the cave exit and waited for Baal to follow.

Baal;
The dark cave doesn't seem as dark with Burnice's bright personality, and the eerie feel it once produced disappears.
Once Baal comments on how he thinks she's much braver than she makes herself out to be, she seems surprised, and thinks about it for a moment, before opening her eyes back up,
"Well Baal, I am a good wolf, and I would be happy to help you create a pack! I may not look much, but I am stronger than I look." Burnice turns to exit the cave with Baal following close behind, a little disappointed that he couldn't fully explore the cave. He decides to leave the thought of the cave behind him as he reaches the exit with Burnice. And with a small turn, the large male faces the much smaller she-wolf with a small, close-mouthed smile.
"I would love the help. I do still need a couple of others to finally get a claim on a territory. I believe when you say you're much stronger than you look.
In all honesty, Baal would believe anyone was stronger than they look, as he just assumes so anyways.
"We'll soon meet again as I hope to soon claim a territory. But, for now, I think I should take my leave, and work on trying to dress this wound."
The male twists his head around to look at the wound, trying his best to figure out how he'll actually put any herbs up there.
Well, I'll take my leave now. See you soon."
With that, Baal turns his head, walking in the opposite direction than he originally came from. Eventually, disappearing into a crevis in the mountains.
-Exit Baal-
