He left, leaving Mysti's shadow leaner, looking like it was a strong, experienced wolf. Savu's was the same. Shenji's he left as he last did.

Savu nodded. He had also known Piala well. "Maybe I could live just outside the border....you could visit me...I just don't know what is do without you. I would have no firection in life." Savu raised his head taller, determined. "After all we've been through and done, we can't give up here." Ge placed his paw firmly on hers, to let her know that if she won't give up on him, he wouldn't give up on her. Never again.

Mysti:

"You'll find them in the Tranquil Meadows territory. The most common place to find other wolves is the copse," she instructed Shenji. Then Mysti turned to Savu as he spoke. "I'll never give up..." she whispered as she nuzzled his cheek, "Our love will find a way. It won't end here. Tomorrow's parting will just be the beginning." Mysti knew their life wouldn't be easy after this. It would almost be impossible to keep seeing each other. The pack would notice her frequent absences especially Striken if he lived in Eternal Snowfall, but Mysti didn't care right then. They could be together again.

Savu relaxed more as the two wolves left gradually, his face becoming more emotional, his real smile showing on his lips. "Thrn lets make this night, one to remember. Where shall we go?" He asked her, whispering in her ear softly as if he was telling a secret. There was nothing. Nobody. Nothing in the whole world but Mysti. It was just her. They were alone, yet they weren't lonely. They had eachother. And at that moment that was all that mattered. Savu knew he loved her. With every molecule and fiber, he knew.

Mysti:

Mysti smiled back at Savu. Her smile was slightly sad, but that vanished as Mysti immersed herself in Savu's presence. It seemed as though Savu was the only other wolf in the entire world. Her voice matched his softness as she spoke, "We could bring it full circle. Go back to the place where I first knew that I never live without you. Our love could purify the ground where we stained it. Back to the Lunar Meadow, one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen, but also one of the saddest. Let's fill it with joy, again."

Savu pressed himself lovingly against her. "It sounds perfect. Lets go." he stood and walked a few paces, never did his eyes stray from hers. His eyes were big round, hopeful, sad, joyous, guilty. He was feeling so much, but he needed so little. Just Mysti. Only her. He didnt need his guilt. Though he would always feel it. He wouldn't need his joy. Though he would always want it. He wouldn't need his sadness. Though it was always there. "Come with me, Mysti." He whispered, his voice a single breath in the breeze.

Mysti:

The gray she-wolf followed Savu away from the hunting plains. Her eyes reflected the stars as they focused on Savu. The ashy gray male was always in her thoughts. Thoughts of him seemed to follow her where-ever she went. For once, she followed him. As Mysti walked, she reflected on how much had happened. They'd both changed. But now they were back together. That was all that mattered for tonight.
