((Hey there, Daisy. Just letting you know that typically when a wolf leaves the Rp, there should be some sort of goodbye or at the very least " -Exit IceStorm-" so it doesn't get too choppy. Also, please watch that you aren't powerplaying. You can't say that Nighthowler pounced on and pinned Angelika, because maybe Comet didn't want that to happen to her wolf. The best way to avoid that is by saying 'tried to pounce on her, and if he was succesful he would pin her down', and so forth It was alright this time because Comet was fine with it and I'm bringing a character in who will mention it as well, but just be aware for next time )) DeSoto;DeSoto had heard a commotion from within the Redwoods. He had been retracing his steps, trying to locate something he had lost, when he had heard it. It hadn't taken long for the navy-coloured male to be off and running towards the sound. At first there was a howl, then shouts of anger, one of which seemed to be coming from a female. This had spurred him on quicker, until he finally came to a clearing in the snow, which brought a messy sight to his eyes. First there was a tall female running, and then a black and white male, who leapt onto her and smashed her head into the snow. A normal wolf would have growled and ripped Nighthowler off of her, but DeSoto was not a normal wolf. He did not allow himself to feel things as easily as other wolves, so he sat in the snow and watched, quietly. Perhaps this female had done something to deserve it, but in any case she seemed to be handling herself well. Then the interaction turned from bad to strange as the male jumped off soon after and laid down in the snow. Bold move, for one who had just attacked. If DeSoto had been the one who had gotten pounced on, he wouldn't have forgotten easily. He would have fought back if only because the male had been so rude as to attack him in the first place, especially for something supposedly so forgiveable. DeSoto was not a huge, bulky male; in fact, he appeared rather lithe, if not a little bit 'sharp'. Upon closer inspection, one would discover that the reason he appeared sort of angled and 'sharp', was that he was actually quite muscled, though it wasn't noticeable at first. His shoulders were angled, as was his nose, ears, and so on, which gave him the defined and keen-edged look. His fur was so dark blue that it was almost black, which made the three white slashes on his chest glow even more. It was the mark of a Powered wolf, though because his offensive-tattoo grew white, his mark could be mistaken for a scar.

The green-eyed male looked surprised that the one-eyed wolf knew his name."Ya, how did you know that?" "DarkHowler mentioned you." Responded the white-pawed female. "You hurt my brother because he liked you more then you will ever know and you ran off when he was telling his deepest secret and now he is crying I heard his howling from the top of a mountain." Now it was Angelika's turn to be confused. 'Liked you more than you will ever know....' Oh no. "I ran away while he was telling his deepest secret because that secret was that he killed his parents.Your parents."She said,frustrated with herself and the circumstances."He was ashamed of what he done I was even mad at him but he told me he got hang of his anger and that he would take care of me like a mother and father combined." Said NightHowler. Angelika sighed. "I understand DarkHowler regrets what he's done, and I know that he loves you. Now I am going to go back to him now and give my apologies." She then began to walk in the direction of DarkHowler.

NightHowler smiled at his job well done. He trotted besides her omen thre way back. "i wonder what my brother sees in you?" he wondered aloud and regretted it. He probably didn't tell this wolf his feelings so NightHowler didn't want to intrude. When he saw his brother he bounded up and pounced on him. He loved play fighting with his older brother. DarkHowler could smell them coming back and layed down. He didn't want to see her face when she saw how sad he was. He heard his brother Andy looked up to see masses of fur fall on him. He laughed and attacked his brother tat they where in a play fight like they where pups.

Angelika began to walk quickly through the trees towards where DarkHowler was. NightHowler walked beside her and asked "I wonder what my brother sees in you?". At that, the she-wolf bristled. She didn't like the black and white male's brother as anything more than a friend, but considering what had just happened she didn't know how to tell him. "I don't know." She said honestly.
After they had returned to the red-eyed male and after the brothers stopped play-fighting, Angelika looked DarkHowler in the eyes with her one good eye. "Look, DarkHowler, I'm sorry that I yelled at you earlier and ran away. I'm sure you understand, I was shocked and afraid. You're not a monster, you're my friend." She approached the saddened male and sat in front off him. It was now her turn to hang her head in shame. "I'm sorry."

((Oh, hey guys! Mind the posting order, please. It's not a rule, but it is nice etiquette )) DeSoto;The Wolves completely ignored him. Not just ignored him, for that would imply them noticing him at all—it was as if they had their eyes closed to him. The pair started walking away, soon enough to meet up with another male, roughly the same size as the rude one that had tackled the female. DeSoto's teeth flashed for a moment in a silent snarl. It was quite rude to ignore a newcomer all together. They hadn't even looked in his direction. He followed them not two paces behind. It seemed that there had been some kind of altercation and now all parties were apologizing. But then the tackling-male said bluntly that he had no idea what his brother saw in the female. DeSoto's eyebrows raised. He was rude wasn't he? DeSoto could tell immediately that the female wasn't interested in his brother like that, but the pair of brothers were so rude that DeSoto gave into one of his (very) rare impulses. "Don't listen to him," He told Angelika, a smile playing at the corners of his sharp mouth. He was being honest, but he knew such honesty would probably irk the other males. "I think you're quite nice to look at. If I may be so bold."

DarkHowler stopped playing with his brother then heard her speak. "ok I forgive you and I like that we are friends again besides my brother I have never seen another wolf be nice to me." he replied. NightHowler smiled then heard a new voice he looked around until he could see a glimpse of brown. this is impossible that wolf is camouflaged, he thought to himself. "how dare you call me rude." he said growling at the male. "i was not rude to this female I was just saying that my brother had his own mind how can you think that's rude." he growled louder. DarkHowler looked around to see what he was yelling at then saw a camouflaged wolf in the trees. "why are you being mean to my brother?" he asked nicely. He was trying so hard to not let his anger out and rip the wolf to shreds. He promised that he got his anger under control and he will keep it. He couldn't stop the anger he kept letting growls out until he had to bit his mouth just to keep the sound inside. He whimpered and whimpered trying to keep the meanness inside but it was to painful on him. He started to dig until he made a really deep hole then jumped in it. He layed down and got calmer. "im sorry I can't be up there with you guys unless you want to be reared apart I'll stay down here." he told them then got comfy.

(Sorry about the posting order. I didn't know. Did DeSoto ever say that NightHowler and DarkHowler were being rude?)) "Don't listen to him," Angelika jumped a little and turned around. She hadn't noticed the navy-colored male before, but now she certainly did. "I think you're quite nice to look at. If I may be so bold." "Oh, The she-wolf felt heat rise into her face. "Um, thank you?" "Okay, I forgive you and I like that we are friends again besides my brother I have never seen another wolf be nice to me." Angelika grinned at DarkHowler's response. Then they began to yell at the sharp-looking male. "How dare you call me rude. I was not rude to this female I was just saying that my brother had his own mind how can you think that's rude." Asked NightHowler. "Why are you being mean to my brother?" The freckled female could tell that the red-eyed male was trying to be polite and stay calm, but his anger was slowly getting the best off him. He was beginning to whimper at the rage inside. Then, without warning, he began to dig, snow mixing with dirt. He didn't stop until he had a hole big enough to lay in, which he did. "I'm sorry I can't be up there with you guys unless you want to be ripped apart I'll stay down here." He said. "Why don't you take your anger out on a tree or something?" Asked the one-eyed wolf.

((Nope, you're right Comet! DeSoto never actually said outloud that they were being rude, so the brothers' wouldn't have known he thought that. Also, Daisy, DeSoto is blue, not brown )) DeSoto;DeSoto watched in chilled but unsurprised silence as the male turned on him loudly and agrily. He made assumptions that DeSoto thought him rude, and even accused him of labelling him as such. DeSoto certainly hadn't voiced his thought outloud, but maybe Nighthowler had known deep down that he was being rude and therefore assumed DeSoto thought the same. Then the other brother asked why DeSoto was being mean to the one that was yelling. DeSoto's eyebrows lifted in shocked surprise, and it was hard to shock DeSoto. He could tell that the brothers were cut from the same cloth, as he hadn't technically said a word to either of them, and yet they were both reacting as if he had. In any case, he didn't have time to form a reply before Darkhowler began digging a hole. Digging a hole? DeSoto blinked slowly, taking his time to think of an appropriate response to such odd behaviour. The other three stood in shocked (or confused) silence until Darkhowler yelled up from his self-made pit that he would tear them apart if he was near them. Angelika played it down, even suggesting that he go and attack a tree or something for all the worry it was causing her. DeSoto took a step back and met the female's eyes, who had blushed when DeSoto had made his comment, unsure whether to laugh or feel seriously concerned about the other two males. "I'll admit that I'm a little bit confused as to what made the two of you so angry with me," He spoke to Night and Darkhowler, eyes flicking at first towards the pit, and then at the brother still on level ground. DeSoto's voice was calm, collected, and cold as always. He was not intimidated nor frightened of the males, but nor was he angry—for he hadn't come into the clearing looking for a fight. He glanced once more at Angelika and nodded slowly. "You're welcome. I spoke the truth—even if it was tainted by my desire to draw your company's attention." He gave her a rare smile to show that he hadn't meant any real harm. He wasn't sure that one-eyed females heard compliments like that very often.

DarkHowler whimpered from his hole. "if I got out of this hole even to attack a tree my anger would take over and will attack anything around me." he said. NightHowler stopped being mad. "you had the face that are dad had all the time. It is anger and disgrace." he told the camouflage wolf. He decided to do something so horrible that his brother hated his for months every time he did it. He jumped into his brothers hole and pulled him out. "let go of me." he yelled and growled. He didn't like to be around other when he was in a rage and his brother knew that. He tried to bite NightHowler but didn't get him. "now you calm down." NightHowler growled at him. He smiled at the others then pinned DarkHowler's tail under his paw. "dont worry guys I got him he hates this." he said smiling. "i hate it because I don't want to kill anyone." he started to argue. He layed down with his tail still pinned and took in breaths. He calmed down until he was snoring. NightHowler let him go. "there you go guys he's a little sleeping pup." he said smiling.
OOC: seee told you he had anger issues. Oh and srry about the colors. lol NightHowler forgot to tell you love she to mess with his brother.

The dark-eyed male looked at the brothers, first in surprise due to their outburst, then confusion as the eldest began to dig a hole. He took a step back and met Angelika's eye breifly. "I'll admit that I'm a little bit confused as to what made the two of you so angry with me," He said in that calm, cool voice of his. Then he looked at the gray she-wolf again and nodded. "You're welcome. I spoke the truth—even if it was tainted by my desire to draw your company's attention." He said, smiling at her. Angelika blushed a bit. "That's very nice of you to say. I don't think you mentioned your name yet? I'm Angelika, by the way." Said the white-pawed wolf.
"If I got out of this hole even to attack a tree my anger would take over and will attack anything around me." Called DarkHowler from his pit. NightHowler's features softened, his focus going to his brother. "You had the face that are dad had all the time. It is anger and disgrace." Angelika watched as the younger brother jumped into the hole and pulled his angry older brother out. "Let go of me!" Protested the red-eyed wolf, trying and failing to bite NightHowler. "Now you calm down." The green-eyed male growled at him, smiling at Angelika and the blue wolf. "Don't worry guys I got him he hates this." He assured them. "I hate it because I don't want to kill anyone." Protested DarkHowler. The freckled female thought he was being a little overly dramatic, but given his past, he had every right to. His breathing slowly became slow and even until he finally fell asleep, snoring gently. "There you go guys he's a little sleeping pup." Said NightHowler, smiling.

((Hey Daisy! Once again, DeSoto isn't camouflage, he's blue. Though a camo wolf would be cool.))
DeSoto;
The calmer brother explained that DeSoto's face had supposedly betrayed his thoughts, flashing anger and disgrace onto his features. DeSoto knew this was wrong for two reasons. The first, was that he had neither been angry nor disgraced and could therefore not have shown such emotion on his face. The second, and perhaps more relevant reason, was that DeSoto never, never let emotions show on his face (on the rare chance that he actually felt something that he couldn't control). DeSoto had been trained too hard and for too long to allow such things as facial expressions to give away his thoughts. He nodded in response, for at least this wolf was talking politely now, but chose not to comment,, as the brother who had spoken to him then jumped into the hole as well.
Darkhowler carried on for a while that if he got out of the hole he would kill somebody. DeSoto felt that he wanted to smile at that, and so allowed his lips to split. Darkhowler seemed quite confident in his abilities; or at least, very under confident in his would-be opponents'. The male would lose a fight against DeSoto, the navy-blue wolf already knew that. It was not because he was weaker or slower—but because of his rage. DeSoto would face him with no fear or anger, if it came to that, and inevitably the wolf plagued by emotions would make a mistake. DeSoto had seen it before and would see it again many times before his fighting days were over. But he did not comment on that either, for why poke an angry bear? He let the male go on thinking that he was as powerful as he boasted, and turned instead to Angelika, his face passively blank. "My name is DeSoto," He replied, the hint of a growl that was part of his natural voice audible in the cold air. "It is a pleasure to make your aquaintance."
"There you go guys, he's a little sleeping pup."
These words drew DeSoto's gaze back to the pit and he walked within a few feet of it. He nodded slowly, silently thanking Darkhowler for putting a stop to his raving brother. Then he allowed another rare smile to colour his features. "Ah, yes. I hear pups get cranky without their naps."

NightHowler smiled at his comment. "so DeSoro where do you come from I haven't seen you before?" he asked. NightHowler usually always remembered the wolves he met because of his brother. His brother was always "trying" to be nice. He made sure his brother wouldn't wake then sat down away from the hole. He wondered if these guys hated him or his brother yet. "im really sorry for my brother please don't hate us." he said with worry in his eyes. He looked down at his paws. NightHowler knew that they might not like him lots of wolves hate him when they meet his brother. He sighed and layed down.

"My name is DeSoto. It is a pleasure to make your acquaintance." Responded the blue male, his voice a smooth growl as he turned to look at Angelika. She smiled slightly and said, "It's nice to meet you too.".
"Ah, yes. I hear pups get cranky without their naps." Smiled DeSoto. The sharp-looking male looked more at ease now that DarkHowler was asleep, as was Angelika.
Angelika looked around as the two males spoke. She was losing focus on their conversation on purpose. Although she usually would not be bothered by a such a question, especially one asked of another, but DarkHowler's confession had brought some unwanted memories to the surface of her mind and they had not yet settled in the comfortable embrace of forgetfulness. So, she looked around at the forest, and at the small, snow-covered clearing. The gray she-wolf noticed that the shadows had lengthened since she had walked into the clearing, and she could no longer see her paw-prints.
"I'm really sorry for my brother please don't hate us." Whimpered NightHowler, his worry-filled green eyes drawing Angelika out of her thoughts and back to the present company. The black and white male sighed and laid down, still looking at his paws. The female with the one blue eye felt sorry for NightHowler. He had probably been dealing with his brother his whole life, and he was probably scared of and angry at the red-eyed wolf that he called brother.
"No, NightHowler, we don't hate you or your brother. At least, I don't. I can't speak for DeSoto." The tall female looked at the navy-blue wolf, then laid down.

DeSoto;
”I have been a member of the evil Frigid Plague pack for many seasons. We haven’t met yet, you are correct, for I rarely stray beyond my alphess’ borders.” This was entirely true. DeSoto’s training went so deep that even when there was nothing to do, and indeed when Perjury herself had not even been seen for seasons, still DeSoto made himself available. He was born to be a beta, even if his Alphess did not see it yet. She would, in time. How could she not? It was a role made for DeSoto, and he for it. The power-marked male, his only lasting mark from his encounter with Geist, shifted his eyes between the present company. Neither was very disagreeable; indeed, the gathering was much more pleasant now that Darkhowler was not a part of it.
Nighthowler showed some worry that the two of them, or at least the female, would hate him and his brother. DeSoto’s dark eyes, the mimic of his fur, narrowed in thought. Angelika replies easily that they did not hate them, then corrected herself and said she could not speak for DeSoto himself. Angled shoulders shrugged in a detached way. ”I’ve never hated anybody.” It was true.
But nor had he ever loved. Even fear and anger were things slowly being lost deep within his memory.

NightHowler looked up happy. "you guys are the only wolves me and my brother met that don't hate us after you met him." he said still smiling. He liked that these wolves were being nice. The only wolf that was always nice to him was violet but she was with her pup somewhere else. "thank you guys for being nice to me. Oh so you are in a pack that's how I don't recognize you." he said smiling. He missed his little wondering family who they called a pack but he wanted space from them for a bit. He heard DarkHowler whimper in his hole and smiled. His brother when sweet and not angry was actually a really nice wolf who loves to protect. "everyone wonders why my brother is always with me why don't you guys?" he asked being a little curious.
