Curiosity killed the cat... Err.. Wolf.

Zona sniffed her way around curiously, wondering where her nose would take her. It wasn't long before she crossed over a border. Excitedly, she sniffed around again, curious to the smells and sights of the pack's territory. Cautiously, she ventured around the border. She didn't want to step too deep into the territory, fearful of getting hurt by a pack member.

Despite that fact, she continued to follow around the border, stopping every now and then when she spotted something that peaked her interest. She would do this a few times as she pondered around the border's of Rising Sol.

Kivah had been in the process of waddling deeper into the packlands to build herself a den for the coming pups that she wasn't looking forward to bearing when she smelled a stranger. Knowing she had to investigate, the she wolf padded towards the border with her orange tail held high in dominance. She spotted a female poking around the borders who was many different colors. "You there, what are you doing here? These lands now belong to the Rising Sol pack, have you come to join us?" Kivah was in no mood to beat around the bush as she could feel the need to dig a den almost over power her logical thinking...soon she would be overtaken by instinct.

The mutli-colored and curious she-wolf snapped her head as she heard someone approach. She was a bit frightened at first, knowing she was on a pack's territory and that she could be attacked if they didn't want her there. "Rising.. Sol..?" she said, tilting her head curiously to one side as Kivah spoke about who the lands belonged to.

"Oh! S-Sorry. I'm Zona." she replied, keeping her distance, at least for now. "I don't really have a pack.. Perhaps it's be a nice change of pace to join one though! What do you think? I'm not sure.." she said, looking excited for a moment, and then second guessing herself and letting her ears drop down to her head.

Kivah was about to respond to the she wolf's question about whether or not to join when she felt an excruciating pain in her stomach. She crouched for a moment and groaned before quickly taking a deep breath and standing up straighter. "It is nice to meet you Zona." the orange wolf said quietly and her eyes had lost some of their shine. "We have recently become a pack and we are always welcome to new members. If you are interested in joining us, what position would you like? We currently need hunters and warriors." Kivah tried to smile but the pain in her belly was intense.

Zona blinked at Kivah as she spoke, listening to what she had to say. The curious wolf stepped closer and poked the pregnant wolf's shoulder softly with her nose. "It seems like someone else needs help before a pack." she said, smiling at Kivah before pointing her nose as the wolf's stomach. "Why don't I help you first, Miss.. Err.. I never got your name!" she giggled, smiling happily at the she-wolf in front of her, before walking around to be at Kivah's side, there to lean on for any support she might be needing.

Kivah had already begun panting with stomach pains when the other wolf approached her, offering help. Kivah's lavender colored eyes widened as Zona came near her and nudged her gently with her muzzle. "Don't touch me!" Kivah snarled before jumping away from Zona. She stood blinking for a moment before realizing her mistake. "Oh I'm so sorry!" the orange wolf exclaimed as she began to laugh to diffuse any tension that had arisen. "As you can see I'm with pups and it makes me a little moody." Kivah quickly explained, remembering that she was the alphess now and had to act in accordance with Luzaro's laws. "My name is Kivah, I'm sorry I don't know how I missed introducing myself." Kivah heaved a great sigh before turning around and heading for her den but suddenly turned to face Zona once more. "Oh yes your rank...for now seek out our beta wolf Draga and tell him you're now a hunter. I need to get...to...my den..." Kivah had to practically grunt the last few words as her stomach pains slowly moved southwards. The orange and purple she wolf didn't bother to turn around before waddling off to her den.
