Let my Shadow be one with yours

Crow-sky would have stopped and stayed a respectful distance away from the border if she had known it to be a border in the first place. She'd accidentally set paw within the territory just awhile ago, rustling the leaves piled sloppily on the cool soil floor. She froze, warily looking around her for signs of another wolf, a pack wolf. Crow-sky's fear scent hung heavily in the air, before dispersing as a light gust of wind blew past her.
The black wolf lifted a paw out of the territory and scooted a tail-length back. The damage was done and all she could do was wait. Maybe she'd be accepted into the pack, though after trespassing on clearly marked ground, she was more likely to be killed on the spot instead.

Tala

The autumn breeze was slowly chilling as winter approached. Tala walked along the borderline, as per her usual patrolling routine. Her dominantly white pelt stood out in the earthy brown-red tones, but that would change once the snow set in. She thought about this as she subconsciously scanned the border. In her zoned-out state of mind, she noticed a figure standing at the border. It appeared to be a shewolf.

Tala picked up her pace and arrived in front of the visitor. She stood face-to-face with the shewolf, observing her. Tala didn't see her as a threat, so she greeted her with a fair amount of kindness. "Hello. Welcome to the territory of the evil pack Frigid Plague. My name is Tala. I am the gamma of this pack. May I ask your purpose for coming to our border?"

"Weeeeeell, I was trying to find an Evil pack to join, but I stumbled across this border. Might be coincidence, might be fate but I'm alright now that I'm here. Though if you try to kill me, you'd have to clean the mess up. I won't go easy." Crow-sky warned. It was not her place to be threatening the gamma of what she noe knew to be Frigid Plague, but she had to ensure her own safety.

Tala

Tala could tell that she already disliked this wolf. Her purple eyes narrowed as she looked at the newcomer. The shewolf seemed healthy enough. Her black pelt showed no signs of neglect and her green eyes bore a look of determination. Although Tala respected a strong will, she didn't like the feeling she got from this shewolf. 

She raised her head to display her dominance and began to address the wolf. "I usually don't let a wolf in if I don't know their name. Also, we may be an evil pack, but we don't mindlessly kill. It offends me that you would think I would kill you for simply stepping over our border. So, why were you looking to join a pack?"

"Right, to clear that matter up, I had a run-in with a less than friendly pack that did try to kill me though I was outside the borders and looking in. I take precautions after past expetiences, Tala."
"My name is Crow-sky and I look to join a pack because I have a pup who cannot survive with me alone, plus, it gets lonely after spending a few years outside WWM, my parents taking notice of me only to feed me, then dropping me just inside this place as a pup, 9 months old. I could hunt by then, so I was abandoned."
"I also have familial ties in this pack, but I don't know who, so I tried to find this pack, but if not, I would have joined another pack - you have to chase away the shadow somehow."
"And that concludes my story, so, I, Crow-sky formally request acceptance into Frigid Plague. I will serve this pack until my last breath if I do get in, this I swear on my life.", Crow-sky finished, dipping her head and tail as a sign of respect before raising her head again, to look at Tala properly.

Tala

She nodded as she listened to the shewolf. When she finished, Tala yawned rudely. "I care not for your past. I have one of my own that is far from perfect. That doesn't matter here. As for the pup, do you have them with you? Are you asking for both of you to join? I would not mind. As long as the pup is raised as evil we will care for them as one of our own."

Tala stood and stretched. "If you wish to join the pack, there are a few rules you must agree to. No unreasonable killing. Always do as you are told by your superiors. And respect the alliance with the neutral pack, Honovi. If you agree to these I have no objection to you joining Frigid Plague along with your pup."

"And I, in turn agree to these conditions stated. Heimdall will be raised evil, I will guarantee that. However, I cannot change his path if he chooses to turn to another side and leaves this pack - though I will be sad to see him go." Crow-sky said clearly, enunciating each word. Lowering herself into a medium bow, she showed her respect for her new Gamma, as well as quiet submission in her role. A pack - finally! If White Magic refused to give Heimdall sight, then at least he would be safe here.

Tala

She smiled. "Welcome. You are free to do as you wish." Tala turned to the border. Her paws moved forward until she stepped back onto her familiar route. The border patrol had to be finished quickly. This was one of her many duties and it must not be neglected simply because she had accepted a new member.

Crow-sky moved off to check on the densite and choose one.
