I Wanna Make You Scream (open to all)

Orange velvet paw pads kissed the thawing earth. Loki scanned the horizon, searching for something. His pelt was a beautiful creamy orange color. His eyes were a blue so light, they almost looked white. A rim of silver surrounded his iris. Ahead came the sound of running water and Loki's lips pulled back in a wolfish grin. This was exactly what he had been looking for.

Loki trotted swiftly toward the sound of running water until, at last, the Amoux Creek came into sight. He paced the river's edge for some time before he found what he wanted-the perfect stage for his performance. Rocks were scattered throughout this part of the river so that is a wolf was sure footed and nimble enough, he might cross the river on these rocks. They were slippery though and the water beneath them was swift with a strong under current.

Loki was on a quest from the Goddess Geist. And he would not fail her. Settling down in the shade of the dead grass nearby, he waited. His pelt blended in well with his surroundings. The stage was set....now all that was left was for the actors to arrive.

Khaleesi, a good wolf leaning more towards neutral, trotted through the grasses. Amoux Creek was in her front, the rest at her back. She scented another wolf on the wind that carried throughout Spring, blinking calmly even if there was danger to behold. She knew that there would be a wolf waiting for her, yet she seemed to show no emotion. Khaleesi was an excellent actor, as well as a fighter, should it come to that.

Behind the emotionless mask was a leaping heart, excited for it might be allowed to prank an unsuspecting wolf. But the wolf was already here, it would not be simply unsuspecting. It would be lying in wait like a true predator, so she would announce her presence first.

"I know you are there, who might you be?"

While Loki was waiting, he contemplated ways he could go about the task Geist had set for him-to make another wolf scream so loud, Geist would be able to hear it from the mountain. There was the obvious pain route. But where was the fun in that? There was fright or surprise. The elements would have to be just right for that. Or there was anger and frustration. Now THAT sounded like it could be fun. Loki could get creative with that.

He heard a wolf approaching and continued to lie lazily in the shade. He knew the wind would blow his scent to the wolf, but he made no move to shift his position. He listened casually to the voice of the she wolf and stood up with a yawn. Loki stepped from the brush and slowly stretched. "My name is Loki." He said simply. "And your name is...? His eyes scanned her form. She had the look of a fighter about her somehow....but then, HE had been trained by the legendary Kiowa herself-a wolf with dozens of wolf kills to her name. It would be fun to test his strength and dexterity against this she wolf before him. But he wasn't going to jump the gun. 'Let's see how this plays out...' he thought to himself.

"I... I am Khaleesi. Loki is an apt name for one who looks such as yourself. And my guess is that you are just as trickster as he is." She nodded, glancing at him. He seemed to be Evil, she could flick her eyes once past him and not mistake it. No, he would not kill, at least not yet since he had only just met a possible opponent. The day was still young, and so was Khaleesi. However, she preferred not to do anything until this Loki did.

It was his call, anyways.

((OOC: Me too. I've been dreading trying to write this post....I'm still trying to find out who Loki is going to be, if you know what I mean))

Loki glanced at the she wolf, his ice blue eyes flashing. He grinned at her, flashing his gleaming white fangs. He would not try to hide who he was in the slightest. The dusty orange and cream wolf spoke slowly, his tone touched with humor and an undertone of violence. "Greetings Khaleesi. You've guessed right." He stalked slowly towards her. His movements were fluid, like the slow seeping of a gentle creek. His shoulder blades rippled as he took one slow deliberate step after another without hesitation. His icy orbs were locked on hers and his expression was cold and eager. He gave her plenty of time to react as he very slowly stalked a wide, threatening circle around her. He seemed to be either sizing her up or checking her out. Either way, the stark cruelty in his gaze was startling. Here was a wolf that wouldn't hesitate to kill and maim another. Here was a wolf that enjoyed causing pain. Loki let Khaleesi see exactly who he was and what he was capable of.

Then he turned his back on her and trotted towards the river with quick and graceful steps.

Khaleesi did not show any outright signs of fear. She had recently dealt with idiotic wolves who couldn't listen to a well-meant piece of advice and even turned on the good-natured wolf who had given the advice, so she wasn't phased in the slightest. It seemed that there were many in this region that did not appreciate help when it was given, yet demanded it when it was not needed and Khaleesi was very much done with all of it. Inwardly, she sighed. Here was another petty wolf, playing in the shadowed area of the light while not setting paw in the true darkness of it all. Here was another wolf who would maim, kill and hurt without regret, yet lack the true vision of a truly evil wolf. Frankly, she was not impressed.

But that wouldn't hide the thoughts that ran through her mind as she looked at sharp teeth shining in the daylight, the clearly threatening behaviour he openly displayed, fluid movements flowing like a graceful dance - yet all so deadly. She couldn't help but feel the tiniest bit... attracted to him? What? No! That could not be, not at all. She was a good wolf, wasn't she? The child had never felt so obscured in thought before, watching the chaotic way this Loki moved and spoke. And when he turned around, moving in a fast gait to the river with litheness and agility, Khaleesi was impressed at how a large wolf such as him could carry himself in a way that resembled a small one.

Still, Khaleesi sensed the darkness within him that was quickly overtaking her own good mindset. It was a clear warning to be wary of this wolf's charismatic behaviour, his charms and his deviousness. She sensed how he was fickle and could turn on her in a matter of seconds, sensed how easily he might plot her demise. And so Khaleesi would watch, learn his character, leave if need be. Perhaps she might make a friend, but with how she viewed Loki now, it was highly unlikely.

She would still keep an open mind, though.

"So, Loki, what brings you here?" Khaleesi questioned smoothly, voice touched with the same benign amusement that had been hinted at in her first words to the male, but with humour intertwined in it as well. Her voice was a low, quiet melody - unusual for females but perfectly normal for her. Her lithe form carried her towards and beside Loki, hidden muscles rippling under her fur. Strong, graceful limbs took her to the river's edge then she watched him after sitting down. Perhaps all would turn out well.

The dusty orange wolf trotted leiseurly to the overflowing banks of the Amoux Creek. It was River the he was seeking….so it seemed only right that water be involved in the task the Goddess had set him. Loki sank his ebony claws into the muddy bank, testing his footing. Just when he was about to jump though, the she wolf stepped up to his side. He glanced over at her, his blue eyes smoldering. Loki suddenly flicked his tail over her back and pressed his side against hers. He thrust his nose into the fur at the back of her ear and nibbled the tender spot seductively.

Then, laughing, he slashed his tail back and forth a couple time and leaped lithely onto a rock embedded in the river. It was a little wet and slightly slippery, but his large paws grabbed at the rock beneath him and made sure he was rather sure footed. The muscles in his shoulders and hindquarters rippled as he leapt to another rock. He was a good looking wolf with the body of a fighter.

Loki leaped from one rock to another until he came to a rock large enough for two wolves to lie down comfortably on. The river lapped at the edges of the rock, but it was otherwise dry. He padded to the edge of the rock and laid down, allowing the tip of one of his front paws to sway in the current of the creek.

Finally, he turned his piercing blue eyes onto the she wolf and answered her question with truth….though she wasn’t likely to believe him. ”I’m on a quest from the Gods.” He said, his voice dripping with sarcasm. ”But I’d sure be willing to put it off for a couple hours for a pretty face like yours, Khaleesi.” His tones were all warm velvet and honey. And then, suddenly, his tone dropped and he said in a demanding tone, ”Get your pretty little tail over here she wolf. I can't wait to tell you all the things I want to do to you…”

He laughed, not caring what her reaction would be….though it would be so much more fun if she would actually get wild with him and take him up on his offer. He thought darkly to himself ’Geist said I had to make a wolf scream so loud she would be able to hear it. She didn’t say how though…perhaps this could be more….mutually satisfying…’

”Come look into these waters, fair lady, and tell me what you see. Do you dare? Or do you only walk the paths with no danger?” He grinned at her and his pearly white fangs flashed. He behavior was slightly erratic and quite unsettling. ”I promise I won’t bite….and if I do, I promise you won’t mind….”

If they end up having pups, I'm naming them Narfi and Vali then killing both and tying Lokes up with their intestines. *determined face*))
Also since I have no idea how to write this having never... being in these kinds of situations, I apologise beforehand for the short post.))

Khaleesi smirked, easily sashaying over to him. It had crossed her mind that this wolf was as bad as Zeke, but she didn't particularly care that much. It wasn't her season, why would she refuse a good time where she had it right in front of her? Besides, she wanted to see if this Loki was as good as he boasted. Judging from the look on his face and the seductive way he'd nommed her ear, he was no stranger to the task at hand.

Oh, she would definitely take him up on the generous offer. Moving over to the rock Loki was on, she grinned with a choatic-ish light in her eyes before raising her tail to smile at him. "If you want it... come and get it."

Loki grinned broadly, his pearly fangs gleaming in the sunshine, as the she wolf obeyed his command and sashayed over to him. Her receptiveness was a pleasant surprise. He had originally planned on leading her on and then pushing her into the water to piss her off and make her scream. What better way to convince the Goddess that he was worthy of the River power than to use the actual river as part of his prank? But Khaleesi was all too willing to allow him to claim her body...so why not show the lady a good time? "If you want it... come and get it." , she said. He licked his lips and stood up. Slowly, he sauntered towards her. Once again, he circled her. Standing close to her, he reached out to lick her muzzle and then playfully nip her ear. With silken tones of warm honey, he whispered things in her ear that would make most she wolves blush. He had promised Geist that he would make this she wolf scream…..and so he would.

We'll just end it here and he can either get his power or if Dew says it's alright for him to have it now... Oh right. You post Loke's details in the thread I created and we wait for the pups. Then I start a thread and we play as the pups and Loki will come over and steal one. I can play as the pup that Loki will steal and you can do the other pups. If we end up having only one then Loki can nab it away and I'll play the stolen pup. I think that's a good ish plan)
