Nymeria shifted softly as she looked around the flowery clearing, her white pelt shined in the sun now all the winter fur had left and she seemed slimmer then before because of this. The grass tickled her belly as she walked through it looking for any water, her pink tongue flashed out over her muzzle wetting the dry fur for a moment. The black in her pelt caused her to heat up faster when she was out in the sun, after walking for a while she began to pant before finally coming to a puddle. Ny lowered her head softly and began to lap up the water, she hadn't noticed hoe thirsty she had been till the cool water slid down into her belly. The soft sound of her lapping at the water soon caused her to slip into her past when she was just a pup, she could see herself falling into puddles and getting nothing to eat for day because she was to small and her mother didn't feel she was worth keeping.
Nymeria sighed to herself and sneezed as he walked away from the puddle finding a place where the grass leaned over crating shade, she looked at it for a moment trying to decide if it would be safe to lay down for a few moments. Looking around as he ice blue eyes flashed in the sunlight she could not see any danger, Lifting her nose to the sky she took a deep sniff still there was nothing she could smell. deciding it would be ok to lay down just for a little she walked into the shade and plopped down on the soft ground, it was cool to her hot body and she stretched out on her side her ears still swiveling nose still working to pick up trouble. As she lay there though the days she had walked with very little sleep soon caught up to her and she drifted to sleep, something she did not plan on doing.
