Finding Peace and Quiet or Having Fun (open)

It was mid-day, a certain black and white she wolf with rainbow over coat and designs crept into the clearing quietly. More out of caution but then she relaxed some seeing and catching no scents of other wolves she moved farther into the wildflower feild giving a small smile. Nadia giving a grin she ran through the grass and flowers before she laid down smiling some.

She closed her silvery turquoise eyes smiling a bit before her tail wagged some. Though her ears perked hearing movement and she looked around after opening her eyes. Slowly she stood up on her white paws.

Daria was full of energy. But it wasn't very useful. When you're a blind hermit living in abandoned dens you don't get out much. Every time a wolf's fresh scent crosses your nose, you're bound to get excited and hopeful. Sometimes you'll meet a potential friend, chat for bit before parting paths. Other times you'll be too late, barely missing what could've been an insightful confrontation. Or you could get your face clawed apart by some moody evil wolf traveling to the next hunting ground.

The white, silver, and gold brindle Shewolf felt much older and wiser than she should. She was only four years old, yet having defects and deformities might speed up the process. You see, Daria was blind. Utterly and completely. Her milky silver eyes were bright nonetheless. The shewolf used her other senses to navigate though. Her ears would swivel, picking up more sounds than other sighted wolves. Her nose worked much the same way, become hyper sensitive to her surroundings. This was why, when a certain shewolf came bounding through the auburn grasses of the wildflower clearing, Daria noticed quickly. Daria had been traveling to and fro between the wildflower clearing and the Lilly warren, not wanting to intrude on certain goings on in the warren, she found herself here.

Nadia now standing,her tail low and her ears perked. She looked around and soon enough her turquoise gaze spotted what she had heard, another she wolf. She blinked not really surprised but nonetheless caught off gaurd. Shaking some flowers from her fur she looked at her with caution trying to decide if she would attack,talk, or try to run her off. Nadia often came to the wildflower feild or would often longer in the treeline,so her sing this wolf she had never met before made her a bit nervous. She lifted her head and took a few steps towards the she wolf. Each step came off a cautious. After a breif moment she opened her maw closed it then opened it again,finally deciding to speak."hello...there " she mewed hiding the nervous edge to her overall soft voice.

Daria sniffed the air, trying to pin down where the shewolf was. She turned her head to the side, trying to pinpoint the coordinates. At last she heard the shaking of fur and the swishing of grass as a wolf trotted forward. Turning to face where she thought the shewolf was Daria smiled .

"Hello! I'm Daria." Not shy at all, Daria wagged her tail digging her claws into the cracking dry grass. The white, silver, and gold shewolf wasn't nervous. That was strange for her. After the attack she made in Fjord and Midnight Silence her confidence had fell. But she had survived that and she had recently realized how confident she could and should be. It made her black world just a bit brighter.

After a moment, Nadia relaxed and her tail lifted a bit. She stopped hearing the grass crunch under her paws. She then looked at the she wolf as she then heard her introduce herself. So now she knew she wanted to talk most likely."My name is Nadia " She introduced herself with a small smile on her maw. She looked at her for a moment as if examining her before she sat down her tail wagging a tad bit as she now sat."so what brings you here?"She asked kindly. Most likely in hopes of making a new friend.

Daria was glad that this wolf was friendly. Many wolves shoved her off with a chip on the shoulder attitude and treated her like scum that was too far beneath them to notice, only worthy to be wiped off of their paw like mud.

The blind female grinned happily and replied. "Oh, just wafering really." Nadia....what a beautiful name. She'd been told how beautiful she was before, she was silver and white with a gold stripe down her spine. Daria had no idea what any if that meant. Silver and gold were 'colors' but being born blind, Daria had no understanding of the concept. A stripe however, she could feel. Like a strip or stripe in the dirt or something. Daria wondered if Nadia had any stripes."What about you?"

Silver ambled across the lands she had once called home. She looked up and felt the sun shine on her face, her gray muzzle was a mark of her age, a mother, grandmother, and veteran of a few fights. She was missing most of one of her back legs. Silver flopped down, the flowers tickling her nose. Silver fell asleep, her light silver fur glittering in the sea of wildflowers. She woke up to see two females startlingly close. Silver was hard of hearing these days, but she could make out what they where saying, vaguely. Silver stood up, her large frame, once strong and powerful as a elk, was now frail and elderly. Silver still had a spark in her eye, though. "Well, hello youngsters." Silver said kindly. "What may you be doing here on this fine day?"

Ic: Nadia smiled a tiny bit at Daria. She nodded in response to what she said"well just enjoying my time thought I'd relax have some fun " She said smiling a bit. Then her gaze turned to the elderly she wolf. She had been taken off gaurd by it in fact she hadn't even spotted the elderly wolf."hello. ."She said looking to the elderly wolf brielfy."Well I was just having some fun really I'm Nadia what's your name?"The rainbow black and white she wolf spoke looking at her curiousity getting the better of her.

Daria smiled softly and sloped into a laying position, closing her blind eyes and wrapping her bushy tail around her paws. Shifting into a more comfortable position the shewolf rested her muzzle on her front paws, attentive ears ever listening to the other two wolves. Daria wondered what her life would've been like if she had simply resisted the mountains call. Would she be better off? Or would she be dead? Would she have a mate and family? Or would she be utterly alone as she was now. Even here, conversing with two other wolves, she knew they would be gone and she would be alone once more.

Silver smiled. "My name is Silver. It has been a long time since I saw such young faces, not since my grand pups." she said, then looked at the second she-wolf. "Who are you, young one?" she asked, lying down to the she-wolf's eye level. She noticed the she-wolf's eyes where misted and unseeing. She was blind. Silver flicked her tail, but accepted it. Any wolves who lived deserved to be treated with respect. She wasn't much better herself, being three legged. Silver sat up, her smile still bright. "It is vary nice to meet you both. Would you mind if I stuck around?"

Kiven laid partly hidden within the field of wildflowers, lost in her thoughts. Should she go over and talk to everyone else? Normally meeting others took a lot of thought from her aspect; she did want to go over- but she honestly had no idea how to start a conversation seeing as the other wolves around her were already immersed in their own talk. The female stretched, her long forelegs grasping forward to the air in front of her. Eventually the lithe she-wolf decided she finally would make her way over to them; cause she couldn't hide in the shadows forever, right? Besides, the group seemed friendly enough anyway. Her black paws stepped carefully over the colorful wildflowers beneath them as she trotted over, her ears pricked slightly in a confident manner "Hey guys, I didn't mean to interrupt anything, but I figured I'd make some friends while I'm here" she spoke up in a soft although chipper tone. "My name is Kiven by the way" Kiven added shortly after, hoping to introduce properly and get to know the wolves around her.
