Odin padded to the Midnight Silence border. He was just a young pup, but he wanted a pack. A pack that didn't mind that he wanted to kill another wolf. He would never align with neutrals, so Frigid Plague was out of the question. That left one evil pack, Midnight Silence.  From what Odin had herd they where just his type. He flicked his tail nervously, and howled. He howled for a long time, even though it was squeaky, small, and rather weak. He did put as much as he could into it. He sat to wait for the Alpha, hoping.

Fjord laughed out loud when he heard the howl. From where he was it was rather faint. But no one could mistake the abrubt, obvious squeak to it. This voice belonged to a pup! The ice cold male chuckled as he stood, red eyes dancing. This little weasel was brave, wasn't he? The white male shoot his head in disdain. This brave and stupid act could either be the death of him, or the very I got that earned him a place in this pack. The large alpha male waded through the bristling brambles that cropped up on his barren territory, the branches coated with frost where he passed. Lately he had been using his power quite a lot, but not for anything extraordinary. Perhaps he would travel to Kai Lake for some practice. Fjord spotted the little white runt, eyes narrowing as he noticed the pattern on his pelt. Fjord chuckled as he remembered killing Thiren. The prideful shewolf had borne the same pattern on her blood soaked fur when Fjord had graciously ended her life. "A pup! Ha! Tell me why you howl here? Do you have a death wish? I'm happy to oblige!"

Odin growled when Fjord asked if he had a death wish. "I do not, I wish to join you." he said, suddenly acting far more grown up. His fur was sleek and thick, for winter. "My mother named me Odin, after the Norse king, Odin." He growled, eyes flashing. He was not a tiny pup! Odin could prove it, he would kill a wolf. Then again, he was only a small pup. He just needed to get bigger, stronger. He would need to be at least 6 months old. Then, he would kill a good wolf. He was going to do it! "When I can, I will kill a good wolf! To prove myself."

Fjord laughed in his face, not afraid of his minuscule growl or his big words. The large white male dwarfed the pup, his blood red paw as pig as the pups face. Perhaps he would do well if trained correctly. Backing away to talk in a more civilized manner, Fjord sat. "Well then, until you're 'big enough' you are no use to me. At least not now." The alpha cocked his head in mock playfulness. "I'll tell you what. You come back to me with a power bestowed by Geist herself, and you'll have earned yourself a place among my wolves. Try not to get cursed." Fjord laughed rudely and rolled onto his back. His white tail thumped the earth, red eyes focused on the pup. "Whenypu do, you can be my apprentice. How 'bout that?"

Odin stood firm, his eyes glittering. "I will. If I get cursed, what dose it matter to me?" he said smoothly. Odin was not going to be scared off. He bowed his head, and turned to leave. He was off to get a power, a good power. One tht would fit his name. He needed a power that to anyone else would be magic! A Telekinetic power was what he needed. "I will make rocks move! No wolf will match my skills!" he muttered. He pictured himself, older with many more scars, and moving a boulder. He would be the Alpha! Odin flicked his tail, it was to early. He didn't even have a power yet.
