she was siting on a rock and the sun hit her fur, the purple part began to look like it was glowing.It was hot out, and the black and purple she- wolf didn't try to stay to the shade of the trees. It was hard, as the trees were full of their leaves and tucked together in groups. Still, whenever the sun peaked through boughs she avoided any shadows and directed her path towards the sun. It was not that she did not like the shadows, but she had just spent hours drying herself after bathing in a river to rid herself of the dust and other aftermath from the fiasco in the barrens. It wasn't that nice to be alone, but she was not here to be alone. She was here waiting for someone. She was waiting for the most relentless alpha in the close range packs:Fjord.

Fjord;

The Alpha of Midnight Silence moved over the Autumn ground, looking for all the world as if he was hovering rather than walking. His movement was so smooth, so direct and calculated... that it was as if his limbs were made of water. Indeed, if they had been made of water, they would have been frozen—being a level 1 Ice elemental.
As he moved through the trees toward the border, having caught the scent of an unfamiliar creature, his tattoo flared. With each step, each bit of liquid within the fallen leaves froze and iced over, leaving a frosty trail behind him as he went along. His legs, marked red as if stained with blood, moved with no hesitation until the stranger was in his view.

He halted and allowed his power to fade, meaning that the leaves he stood on remained unfrozen. His red eyes, veined with the darkest black, swept over the newcomer. He didn’t sit, didn’t smile... he stood still, as if made of ice himself. Nor did he speak, and instead waited for the stranger to make her intentions known.

His White fur caught her eyes, she bowed her head respectfully but her face held no emotions.It held no emotions because sh e knew he could use that against her, her green eyes scanned the ground behind him in case he brought allies. She said with a slight crack in her throat " Fjord, is it?" Her ear flickered in a sign if curiosity. Her tail swayed a little ans she looked around once more to see f anyone else was there.
She looked so much because she was afraid someone would come at jump her. Although she let out a small grunt she knew that meant nothing to him. She noticed small tid-bits of ice fell where he walked or stood.She thought to herself ' he must be an Ice Element' she sat down and her ears came forward.

This one was uppity. Jumpy. Worried. Fjord did not miss a thing.
She thought he had brought others with him. Incorrect, in this situation, but not an all-together impossible idea. For example Acribus, his Beta, had just split off when Fjord had caught the female's scent—off to patrol other pieces of the border, to ensure that trespassers didn't defile the dark integrity of that which was Midnight Silence.

"It is."
His voice was deep, an icy boom. It sounded like he did not invite trouble, and would waste no time in disposing of those who did. His blood-red eyes bored into the female, the power-tattoo hidden within one of them. The female had looked down to his paws, no doubt noticing the bits of frost that still clung to the ground. This only told Fjord that she could at least pay attention to her surroundings, if nothing else. He still didn't add anything else. He was the Alpha of the most prominent evil pack in the valley. He did not waste time asking strangers why they were on his border.
One of two things would happen next, in Fjord's mind. Either she would explain that she had heard of the pack and had come to seek the blessing of the icy-scar that would mark her as a Sister... or, she would say nothing else of value, leaving the only reasonable conclusion to be that she was there to trespass, in which case she would meet an icy doom.

"It is" His low voice made a chill run down her spine, not because of the ice, but because of they way he sounded. The tone he brought told her he was here to play around; and neither was she. Addal curled her tail along side her and said:
"Fjord, I know i may look like a scrawny pup cowering under an Alpha, but please. Hear me when i say, i am no pup. And the cries from the strangers out at night,they don't keep me up at All. But please, tell me if im wrong, i haven't walked this road before. And im trying to stay strong. And as a pup, i would wait and watch from far away. But i always knew that i'd been the one to live while they 'play' I walked a dark path to get to where i am now. This time has come, i i will try to rise, above the Good and prove myself.I guess a spirit never dies." She then stood and tried to say without anymore confusion.
"Sir, i'v seen many packs, but none quite like yours."

Fjord;

Fjord's blood-red eyes seemed to darken as he looked at the female before him, and then the left eye began to shimmer a bright blue. If Addal had looked closely (which would not have been a smart idea), she would have seen that the blue eye was not actually blue at all, but rather tattooed with the blue mark of a Water power.
Quickly, drastically so, Fjord's body temperature dropped. It dropped so dramatically that when the hot Autumn air moved over it, it misted slightly. His mood matched the new temperature of his body, and his eye did not stop glowing.

"You come to my border without so much as giving your name, and then recite some rehearsed nonsense at me?" His growl was deep and terrible.
"You are correct that there are no packs like mine. And in that you should know that we do not accept just anybody into our ranks." His body temperature dropped still more, until small particles of moisture in the air began freezing as they clung to his chilled body. "Your time to convince me is almost over."
