I joined White Wolf Mountain July 18, 2014, I was rather inexperienced and...how do I say this...immature. However as the years progressed I became more familiar with the rules, customs and culture of the site, eventually becoming a Moderator! WWM has helped me in many ways, from earning friends, building up my skill in writing and storytelling, fleshing our characters, and even how to be professional as a Staff Member. I have gained many friends here, and I care deeply for all of them. Some of my closest friend from real life is here as well, and I’ve been able to keep in contact with her through WWM while physically being hundreds of miles away. I also have found I care deeply for many characters here. Fjord, Ramone, And Amora are a few of my favorite creations and they truly have a special place in my heart.
However, I’m simply not as active as I’d wished to be. Many long time members like Coffee have left, and because I’m no longer active I haven’t had the chance to get to know these new faces around the valley. I have been inactive for many reasons...My priorities have shifted to my schooling, and art, and frankly I’m not finding motivation nor energy to enact these complex, beautiful plots.
And so, as many of you have probably guessed, I’m leaving, and this is why:
-I’m dragging down the plot and preventing the progression of everyone else here: I’m involved in many, many plots of particular importance to a great many characters. And because my activity has been halting, these plots have frozen over and collected dust. I no longer want to hinder this wonderful site with my laziness and lack of desire.
-as a staff member I fail to pay attention to recent events, to patrol them, to answer White Wolf summons, process character profiles, update the character list, handle issues, facilitate hunts and fights, and help facilitate the OTM. I obviously am not fulfilling my staff duties, as I am obviously not even fulfilling basic member duties. A staff member should be constantly involved and aware of what’s happening, and I, obviously am no longer fit to be a moderator.
I apologize for not doing this myself...but I believe you guys have a better grasp of the current active members than I do...this is what needs to happen with my characters:
-staff members please take plot relevant characters under your wings.
-the rest can either be adopted or deleted.
Thank you so much.
This was incredibly hard for me and I’ve been dwelling on this decision for well over six months, it was a long time coming and I truly feel that this is best for me and for WWM.
Goodbye Cascade, I really admire you and am thankful for everything you’ve done for me.
Goodbye Meds, you’ve been a great friend and a role model. I’m very sorry that I’m dropping this romance with Manaaki and Amora...maybe Fier can adopt her...
Goodbye Fierfly, you’ve proven yourself to be a great friend and amazing writer, I trust you to keep going as I couldn’t.
Goodbye Rykett, we’ll keep in touch I’m sure, I’m so glad that I was able to drag you here, you’ve really flourished! Keep me updated!
If you have any questions, I won’t delete my account till the weeks end.
If you would like to keep in contact with me...

I’ll return someday. When? I don’t know...but know that I love you all and I love White Wolf Mountain. It will always have a special place in my heart.
Farewell,
Shiver
