Hey all! I'd like to have my boy Kaiko claim a territory, I'm trying to get 50 posts with him. Since Kaiko isn't gonna kill any wolves willing to join this pack, he would want evil blood-thirsty wolves joining. If someone would like to help me claim the territory that would be great and when you are trying to join please select the following positions and tell why that would be a good fit for your wolf.
EDIT: Kaiko would take over Barren Wastes.
Head Hunter:
Head Huntress:
Alpha Male/Female The leader of the pack. This is the most important and essential role to fill because a pack cannot form without a leader. It is the job of the alpha(s) to make decisions on the pack's behalf therefore, the alpha(s) must be wise and steady under pressure. The subordinates of the pack look to the alpha(s) for leadership and strength in times of uncertainty. It is also the job of the alpha(s) to organize and direct pack hunts and any other pack activities unless they designate another wolf to do so. Alpha(s) also act as ambassadors for their pack when they strike out to explore the mountain. If your pack is looking for an alliance, have your alpha(s) meet with the alpha(s) of the desired ally pack.
Beta Male/Female The beta(s) are essentially the "right hand man" to the alpha(s). They are second in command and it is their job to offer assistance and input to the alpha(s) on various pack matters. The beta(s) can do border patrol and accept/reject new wolves into the ranks of their packs. It is also up to Beta(s) to keep up relationships with the other pack members as the alpha(s) are not always available to do so. Beta(s) assume control of the pack if the alpha(s) go out on a journey or quest.
Gamma Male/Female The Gamma(s) act as the pack's military leadership. This position is usually given to wolves who are strategists and knowledgeable in combat. While your pack may be peace-loving, they must always be ready to fight for their territory if necessary. Packs can easily outgrow their territories and have to go looking for new ones which can cause battles. The Gamma(s) are the ones who lead the army and consult with the alpha(s) on the best way to handle battle related things.
Hunters: The packs need to eat and to do so, they usually hunt food. If your pack is very large, not all members can participate in a hunt. The hunters are the wolves designated to catch and kill food for the pack. Usually led by the Beta(s) or a Lead Hunter
Crimson Raiders: Also known as "Raiders" are the pack's executioner. They get to decide on wether or not a wolf who disobeyed the laws get to live or be casted out, that is if they get permission from the Alpha/Beta. If neither Alpha or Beta are around then the Raider's get to decided on who lives and who doesn't. It is their job to be intelligent enough to know if they are making the right decision because if not then the Alpha shall punish them with either the risk of death or long-term pain. Raiders are also known for getting food for the pack, they may even be brave enough to steal from another pack's territory. There can only be two Raiders in the pack.
Sentinel: These wolves act as protectors for the pack. They are usually on guard duty or border patrol and basically just make sure nothing is amiss. If something IS amiss, these wolves alert the alpha(s)
All wolves joining must join IC and be approved by Alpha or Beta
Scar of Death
The Scar of Death is marked when a new member or a newborn pup is joining the pack. They are scared with an X marking on their pelt which symbolizes that they are now and forever part of Crimson Fangs, if for what ever the reason a wolf is to be dismembered they will be added an extra scar to their already made scar to symbolize they are no longer part of the pack.
Judgement Lake
Judgement Lake is a type of ritual, to which wolves gather around Kai Lake and the Alpha (or Beta) will either promote or banish a wolf from Crimson Fangs. Pups that are a year of age must go to Kai Lake, and either kill be it wolves or large prey, or fight another until one submits. They are judged on how they fight and if Alpha or Beta approves then they are officially part of the pack, if the Alpha or Beta disapprove then they are still considered pups until the next season to which they may try again. Though attempts are limited and if they fail the 3rd attempt they are casted out of Crimson Fangs.
