Breeze;
“I see nothing wrong with taking advantage of presented opportunities.” Breeze laughed lowly, as he continued to speak her ears twitched while she listened to both Kylon and her surroundings. She couldn't remember the last time she'd traveled with another wolf beside her; the others she'd warned off when they'd became too chatty for her taste. Kylon though he was growing on her. “It depends on what I want to hunt, though it's usually a variety of meals throughout the valley searching far for them isn't necessary. I'll show you come spring.”
She'd thought about asking questions as well, taking sometime to actually get to know the wolf. It'd be a first, but she could after they'd found something to eat. Breeze had just settled on answering what Kylon had asked; since he'd seemed so serious when asking. Like it was important to him. Usually she wouldn't care but she'd been getting a little curious.
”I assume you know where the allianced territories are located and where their borders stretch?” The she-wolf knew very well where all of the borders to each pack territories where; usually she'd steer clear of them. Though on occasion when she was searching for trouble or something else she'd move closer to the borders; and rile the wolves up. Often though she would come across pups who strayed too far out of their borders; but she'd never harmed them. Breeze had a soft spot for pups; she just wasn't fond of the older wolves who'd dwelled within the packs borders. Her head turned towards his direction; when he brought up one the evil packs which made her smirk at the mention of them. “Midnight Silence.”
“They're a fun little bunch.” She looked back in the direction they were heading, breathing in the chill of the cold air as they trotted along. “I don't have any form of alliances with them; but I'm more so loyalty based. You know loyal to those that are loyal to me.” Breeze commented, with a sly grin.
As chaotic as she seemed most of the time; when she pledged her loyalty to wolves she wouldn't break it. They would. Then there would be hell to pay; she could be very vengeful when it came down to it. Then she didn't trust every wolf she'd come across; that'd been why the she wolf didn't align herself with packs. It wasn't in her to just up and trust them; but it could be gained. Then the female was capable of following certain rules but it depended on certain factors, one being if she chooses too. Though their had been times when she wanted to kill a wolf and stopped just because a wolf she cared about cared about them. Still the female did like being around wolves who'd shared her similar views; evil ones. She did enjoy her little run in with one of the wolves from midnight silence. It'd been interesting. In all honesty she didn't like the idea of being mauled to death by a pack of wolves; so staying away from their lands would be wise. Trouble did have a way of finding her or so she had a way of finding trouble; even if she could finesse her way out of it each time.
Kylon had wanted to join the evil brigade of wolves; Breeze wasn't so sure what that meant for the two. Then again she hadn't been sure what any of this meant, she could admit that this was the longest she'd hung around. That the wolf maybe sparked a few ideas for the future; she knew someday she would settle down and have a few pups of her own. Though he'd been the first wolf she'd connected with on that level; the others before hadn't come close. It was early far too early to think ahead. If he joined their ranks would she follow if they'd gotten closer to the point of calling themselves mates. She couldn't see herself as a pack wolf; following orders when given them, but when it came down to raising pups a pack was added protection. Breeze had huffed at that thought if anyone dared harm a wolf that she favored; let alone one of her spawns she'd rip their throats out. Or worse make it a slow, painful death.
She'd have to think over those things later; Breeze thought as the scent of prey nearby wafted through her nostrils. The female loved the chase more than anything; liked the thought of giving it hope for escape only to be caught. Not that she couldn't use stealth when it came to hunting; it was just that she chose not too. And she was rather curious about seeing what Kylon could do; as of now she knew he was capable of keeping up. Though she doubted anything would escape the two.
