Kylon;The Redwood forest seemed to be the only place in the whole valley that was still green. All of the autumn colors made Kylon so depressed. He disliked the season of death and decay when the leaves withered up and the trees became skeletons. He preferred growth and new life, the season of rebirth and transformation. There were only two wolves that he wished death upon with a strong passion, and that was his brother and the blind she-wolf that led him astray and forced him to deny his own family blood and alliance. They didn’t deserve anything but to have their flesh rot under the earth and decaying leaves whilst Kylon’s descendants prance over their unworthy graves. Kylon fumed while lost in his thoughts of hatred as he wandered through the deep looming forest. Sunlight hardly poked through the tall canopy of branches intertwined far overhead, and the mossy ground was cold to the touch of the paw. Silence reined in the forest and each tall redwood tree was like a sentinel keeping watch. Wind hardly touched the ground, and the air smelt musty and wet Iike decaying earth. The surroundings were prime ingredients to help amplify Kylon’s brewing emotions of hatred and frustration. It had been months since he had incountered another wolf, and the male was getting quite upset with how poorly his luck was turning out. conspiracy

Breeze;
Breeze stared down at the small rabbit with a bored expression; it had gone limp the life drained from its body. The creature had twitched for at least ten minutes after she attacked it, but now nothing was left and her attention was drifting. She wasn't hungry, but the thrill of killing something had gotten the best of her not that it mattered. It was just a lowly rabbit, they bred like crazy another dead one wouldn't make a difference. She thought, before standing up and shaking the leaves from her thick fur.
Her ears twitched; head tilting when she heard the faint sound of paws hitting the ground. Breeze sniffed the air the female's lips then twitched with anticipation. She hadn't come across another wolf in a week or so the last meeting hadn't ended well for the other wolf. Though she didn't feel up to shedding more blood at the moment; but maybe this wolf would be interesting. Giving the corpse a fleeting glance before looking away she'd hoped the wolf would be more entertaining than the rabbit had been. It was a male wolf she was sure of that; she moved towards his direction tail twitching as she got closer. Enough to have the wolf in her sights. He seemed to be lost in his own thoughts therefore ignoring everything around him. A brief thought of attacking him while his guard was down crossed her mind but she pushed it aside.
The female was up for a little banter, an interesting conversation maybe. She eyed the wolf from her hiding spot; her tail going still as she gave him a once over. He was attractive, though looks only caught her attention it hardly ever kept it. Breeze could flirt with just about any wolf she'd come across male or female it didn't really matter to her; she liked toying with other creatures. Especially when she was bored out of her mind with nothing to do, and this wolf just happen to cross paths with Breeze. She couldn't decide on whether or not it was fate or just luck; that the male was unknowingly about to walk straight into her.
“You should watch where you're walking,” Breeze chuckled, while emerging from the trees just inches in front of the male. “Never know what or who you'll walk into.”

Kylon;
With his luck failing him, it must have been complete and utter fate, because at that very moment a silky voice ripped him from his thoughts and a melodious chuckle jerked his ears forward. Kylon's wandering had come to a sudden halt by a she-wolf who stood right in front of him, her nose almost touching his as he looked down on her with a surprised expression. Surprise that stayed on his face, but it was a good surprise, as his lips curled up in a mischievous smile. Fate was indeed being good to him as he raised his eyebrows to the gorgeous specimen before him. A swallowing black pelt accented with bright green markings, and eyes… oh her eyes captured his attention and their dazzling depths made his pulse quicken. Her youth and sass made his own tongue conjure up a fierce comeback, ”Oh, I could walk into you any day.”
Kylon let his eyes drown in her emerald gaze as his nose tipped a little to the side and closer to her neck while he breathed in her peculiar scent. ”Where did you come from gorgeous and what a lovely scent you carry.” With his eyes half closed he noticeably filled his cheat with air and shifted ever so slightly closer. She had certainly hunted hare recently, and the iron scented trace of blood was in her breath. His own stomach clenched with hunger for he had not eaten in quite some time, but he showed no visible discomfort.
The she-wolf's vibe seemed open to conversation and Kylon would be happy to partake as long as it lasted, yet he was very unsure of how his actions would flow with her liking. At this moment he didn't care, he was too flustered that a pretty she-wolf had happened upon him and honestly he was mostly hormones right now.

Breeze;
He was quick witted, Breeze thought the females interest growing as her eyes visibly studied the male. She had picked up on his quickening heartbeat; smelt the change in his scent. Her lips parted, a smirk tugging at her mouth as he'd sniffed her neck most likely catching the scent of her kill. Though the wolf didn't seem interested in the hare that laid a few feet from where she'd once been; but she could here is stomach rumbling.
”Where did you come from gorgeous and what a lovely scent you carry.”
The she-wolf grinned, her tail swaying slowly behind her as she held the wolves stare. He'd been noticeably shifting closer; and she couldn't say that she minded at the moment. Breeze needed to be entertained and she'd found that being in the company of other wolves brought her all shorts of entertainment. Though it hardly mattered what she was doing. “It doesn't really matter where I came from,” she shifted; fur intentionally brushing up against the wolf just to rile him up further. This was definitely better than what she was doing moments before running into the wolf, she thought. “They call me Breeze.”
She moved away only a little enough to still be touching the other, with her eyes still trained on the others yellowish ones. A low chuckle left her, as she tilted her head. “What do they call you?”

Kylon;
No signs of opposition from the she-wolf, which was a green light for Kylon, and it meant he could persist with his intentions unhindered. His intentions being, pleasure, and seizing the moment to experience the pleasure. He couldn’t remember the last time he had felt this way, and he wasn’t about to let it stop. After wandering the valley for seasons alone in his own head, it felt pretty darn good to be turned on by someone else, and that someone else being a fine young she-wolf with a head-turning figure and a tongue-biting attitude. Every time her eyes met his and her teeth flashed past her lips, it felt like his muscles would expand and his ego grow double. Whether Kylon realized it or not, the female that he just ran into had quite a hold on him.
With another one of her melodious chuckles, the she-wolf’s smooth-as-silk voice played in his ears as she shifted closer, closer than he had to her. Kylon got the hint, she was gently encouraging this playfulness to go further. Her shoulder touched his chest as she shifted past him, and his stomach shivered with the sensation that her action brought. A whiff of her beautiful natural scent smacked him in the nose while his head was over her back, and he deepened his brow in determination to hold back a sudden urge. Her name made his eyes close and his lips smile as he leaned in and pressed his shoulder to her hip with a deep inhale. His nose found her fur as he did that and he lost himself for a moment in the overwhelming presence of the female.
”Breeze. Like the wind, you go and come as you please? Hunting small prey I assume?” His senses had picked up the stench of dead animal, but he kept his snout tucked into her thick black fur, taunting her, seeing how far she was willing to take it before drawing the line and letting him know his boundarie. She asked his name, and Kylon made sure his gaze was penetrating hers before he continued, ”Kylon, and tell me, Breeze, which prey would you prefer to feast upon? The elemental type,” he glanced over at the abandoned hare carcass, and then back into her sparkling emerald eyes. ”Or the satisfying type?” The she-wolf had inched a little further away from him, but Kylon added to his question by stepping closer and sliding his muscular shoulder along her rib cage almost tipping her over as he pressed his body against hers. His mouth cracked in a mischievous smile and a soft rumbling chuckle came out as his face neared her cheek.

Breeze;
Just how far was she willing to take this? She thought while baring her neck for the wolf to get a better whiff of her scent. Most she-wolves wouldn't be as receptive to a male that they'd met just a few moments before. Though she found that she didn't care if she wanted to indulge in certain pleasures she could. Kylon he'd called himself, at least she knew the wolf’s name; not that it mattered Breeze probably wouldn't cross paths with him again. Fortunately the valley as vast as it was she would still come across a wolf or two that she'd previously met. If things went to her liking she probably wouldn't mind if she saw the wolf again. This wolf in particular had a way with his words, any she-wolf would be head over hills for a smooth talking wolf such as Kylon; though Breeze wasn't as easily swayed.
Though Breeze would let it be known that two can just as easily play the game he was playing. He wasn't the only wolf that had a way with words; she'd wondered just how much the wolf could withstand. A little curiosity never hurt any one; she'd been known to push limits.
“Kylon,” She let the name roll slowly off her tongue, it was as if she was testing it. Since he'd closed the little distance between the two; Breeze could just as easily have her way with him. Because if she wanted something or someone she would easily let it be known; and it'd been so long since she'd taken interest in another wolf, it had to have been luck. Taking the advantage that he'd given her she trailed her muzzle along the expanse of his chest; taking in his musky scent, before reaching the underside of his snout. She let her mouth linger against his before moving up to his ear and whispering. “What if I want the satisfying type?”
This little dance wasn't new to the young wolf; her hormones were just as rampant as the next. Though Breeze thought of teasing the wolf. Oh, how she loved to rile a wolf up when they were in this state. It'd proven to be more rewarding, and a lot more tactful than what she was used too. She'd moved completely away from him; a mischievous grin on her face as Breeze began circling the wolf, slowly. Her tail brushed up against him as she did; nearly curling around him till she stood in front of him once again. Letting her tail caress his muzzle; Breeze had stopped, turning to face the wolf. Leaving only inches between her face and his; she blinked slowly tongue darting out to taste him before speaking. “Will you be the one to give it to me or do I have to search elsewhere.”

Kylon;
When he heard his own name come off her lips, he felt a deeper level of satisfaction settle over him, and it only grew when her nose touched his chest. Slowly and steadily it moved upward, making his skin burn with pleasure wherever she touched. Kylon let his lips part when she held her muzzle to his, and his salivary glands activated when he tasted her scent on his tongue. His jaw stayed parted when she moved her face closer, whispering in his ear words that made his while body shiver. Pressing his lips together, Kylon swallowed and tensed his muscles to control the shiver spasm. Her words where reasuring in some way, sending a spark of relief to his mind. From the moment he ran into her, until now, Kylon wasn’t positively sure if the she-wolf would play along with his pursuits, if she would like his advances, or even play back, but what she said gave him so much hope.
In a daze, Kylon watched as Breeze moved flawlessly around him, his eyes following her every step. If words The way her hips swayed in perfect rhythm, how her shoulders flexed and her neck arched, it was absolute perfection. Kylon just stood still and let his eyes soak in the beauty before him, the visual pleasure that was being freely offered to him. She stopped before him, her tail playing a dangerous game as it waved in front of his face and tickled his nose. Her scent was as strong as ever, and Kylon slowly opened is jaws and took her tail in his mouth, letting his teeth rake through her fur as she gently pulled it back and turned around to face him. Again she was close enough to make his mouth water and her tongue snaked out and brushed his parted lips which made his grin widen. She asked a question next, a question that made him scoff softly in disbelief as he closed the distance between them and pressed his nose to her mouth. His tongue came out and licked her chin before sliding his mouth along her cheek and whispering his own seductive words in her ear.
”You’ve got it right here. I’m all yours.”
His body shifted closer to hers as he pressed his nose into her soft fur and nibbled at the side of her neck. He let out gusts of air and breathed in deeply from her body while gently gnawing at her skin. Kylon eased up and lifted his front leg over her back, his paw hanging over her shoulders as he pulled her closer. ”Anything you say princess,” he hummed with a vicious grin spread on his lips.

Breeze;
A low growl fell from her parted lips, she wasn't sure if it was from the fact that Kylon was turning her on or the fact that it'd been done so easily. Though once she was in the mood she hardly asked questions on why; if they were any they were more along the lines of demands. She hadn't come across a wolf that she'd reacted so receptively to in a long while, and she was going to take advantage of it. He'd whispered seductively in her ear after tasting her skin with his tongue. Kylon had given her the reigns and control over his body with just a few simple words; and ever so the opportunist Breeze couldn't help but to take what was gifted. From the way the male was skillfully nibbling her neck; Breeze felt a sense of euphoria as the countless shivers hit her. It was a weak spot for the she-wolf, her claws dug into the earth below her feet in response as Kylon continued.
Kylon draped his arm over her shoulder, making Breeze’s mouth pull up into a smirk from the anticipation. “Princess?" Breeze had nearly snorted at that; but chose to ignore it. Playfully, and maybe a little maliciously she let her tail rub up against the underside of his belly, before craning her neck back to lick a slow trail up his neck. Her smirked had turned into an almost lazy grin as she blinked slowly up at him when she pulled away. “Anything I want huh.” she said, tail descending down his underbelly, while she nodded in agreement. She turned her head back around to face away from him: gaze finding where she'd been hiding previously.
Then she let her body go slack against his for a moment feeling at ease and comfortable, a first for her. Pleasure wasn't new to her; but this other abnormal emotion was; leaving Breeze a little dumbfounded. It could of been due to the heat of the moment that caused her thoughts to be a little hazy. Though she shook it off choosing to instead focus on the moment and not the outcome of what would happen later. As of right now she wanted Kylon or wanted what he could do for her and to her.
Without warning Breeze stood his arm falling from her shoulder; then she sauntered towards the bushes before stopping. She glanced over her shoulder, tail raised in invitation and body relaxed as she made eye contact with the wolf behind her. “How about I show you a few of my...tricks and you can show me yours.”

Kylon;He felt it in her body, her response to his touch, to his gentle biting. It was a shiver that ran over her skin, a wave that pulsed in her muscles, a soft gasp in her breath, and it gave him just as much delight as she was receiving. It was equally as rewarding to know that the pleasure he was giving, he was also absorbing. A soft tail brushed against his underbelly and his stomach felt like it flipped upside-down. His hormones burned as Breeze’s tongue found its way up his neck and her eyes sparkled at his, holding his gaze. “Anything I want huh.” she breathed, and Kylon could see the gears turning with ideas that made his excitement sky-rocket. His muzzle returned to her neck as he continued to indulge himself. Her response to his touch was expected as her body relaxed and she melted into him. This gave Kylon a rush of thrill to realize that he controlled her just as much as she was controlling him. ”Anything you want.” He whispered reassuringly, his breath warm on her fur. Little did Kylon know just how much Breeze would use his words to her advantage, but he didn't care as he followed her like a little puppy. A little puppy mesmerized by a delicious meal waiting to be devoured. He could hardly contain his anticipation, and his mind was already churning up some of his own tricks. ”Let's play.” -Fade- The night had been filled with countless pleasures and sweet moments, but now the sun had risen and Kylon awoke to soft thumping in his ear as his head lay on Breeze's side. Two bodies wrapped around each other keeping the warmth present. Kylon slowly lifted his head and gazed down into the face of the sleeping she-wolf. Peace and contentment overwhelmed him and he couldn't help but smile as his nose touched hers.

Breeze;
Her nose twitched at the slight touch; eyes slowly opening as they adjusted to the brightness of the daylight. A glimpse of genuine small smile ghosted her lips but was replaced with her casual smirk when she saw Kylon staring at her. Breeze honestly thought he'd be gone by day break; then again she was usually the wolf that snuck off in the middle of the night. After all the games were played and the other was sleeping she'd be gone; drifting in then out without the slightest bit of regret. Though for some reason she decided to stay; and see what tomorrow would bring.
She could even admit that she didn't mind the others presence especially after the night they'd shared. The female hadn't come across another wolf that kept up with her in a while and she liked that; a challenge for once someone to catch her interest and actually keep it. Breeze lifted her head up; to give the wolf a quick chaste lick before laying her head back down. She wasn't one for getting straight up in the mornings; and the changing weather also didn't help her lazy mood. Though she'd also had a very eventful night which contributed to it then again she didn't want to leave the warmth that Kylon provided either. With that in mind she'd shifted closer stretching out against the wolf.
“Last night was fun,” she'd said, earnestly with her lips pulling back into a grin. “Wouldn't mind doing it again.”

Kylon;
Her stunning emerald eyes blinked open and her smile made the fluttering sensation return in his stomach. His own eyes sparkled as he took in her sleek ebony face, and he spoke with a cheerful tone, ”Good morning gorgeous.” Her lips relaxed in the smirk that’s usually alighting her expression, before reaching up to give him a little stroke of love. Plopping her headback down, Breeze seemed like she wasn’t ready to wake up yet as she snuggled closer to him and spoke. Laziness was in her tone, but so was the sigh of pleasure and the dreamy hint in her voice.
”Again.” Kylon questioned her with a mischievous grin to return hers. ”Is that an invitation?” His paws slid over her and pinned her beneath him. Gentle pounding of her heartbeat tickled his chest as he pressed his body on hers. Their little nest of leaves was very comfy and warm, and Kylon wouldn’t mind staying there for a while longer, especially with such a spectacular she-wolf to pleasure himself with. His face was inches from hers as he grinned at her with sparkling eyes. ”Damn,” he exhaled. ”How are you so beautiful?” He couldn’t stop smiling as he took in a long breath of her rich scent and pressed his lips to the corner of her grinning mouth. His tongue found its way past her teeth and he enjoyed several more tastes of her as a soft chuckle surfaced from his throat. ”How do you make me feel so damn good?” He lost himself in her presence and buried his face in her soft and warm fur, nuzzling her neck as he relished the moment.
How have you stolen my heart so easily? Kylon wanted to say. He was already letting visions of the future float through his head of him and Breeze and all of the possibilities of relationship, and family, and generations of evil heirs. Their vibes connected so well at the first encounter, as did their bodies last night, surely their personalities and morals would level the same too. Kylon had never felt this way with any other wolf, nor felt so bonded without even truly knowing her. His heart longed for these visions to become true, and it shut down any doubts that tried to surface. Doubts that brooded in the darkness of his logical mind, doubts that he didn’t want to admit could be, or were true. No, he wanted this. He want what was happening right now to be the forever that he lived.

Breeze;
She hummed in approval towards the males compliments; sure she'd heard them before and it wouldn't even phase her. Coming from him it'd made her stomach flutter in a way it hadn't done in a long time. It was an unmistakable feeling that she knew she shouldn't be experiencing; but it was easy for her to ignore it and push it to the back of her mind. Especially since Kylon had her pinned with his body pressing so firmly against hers; giving her another glimpse of last nights pleasures. A low growl rumbled from her throat as the others tongue snaked its way into her mouth; making a soft chuckle leave the male wolf. Breeze had grinned as the wolf then spoke.
“Guess I'm just that good,” She'd laughed, tone teasing after he pulled away from her to nuzzle into her neck; seemingly to get lost in his own thoughts.
Normally hearing a wolf voice his thoughts so clearly as Kylon had; would make her think of all the chaos she could cause because of it. There was nothing like having a certain amount of control over another's feelings; she'd carelessly broken every heart that was given to her. Did so without any ounce of regret or remorse. Though even she couldn't deny that this was something different this time she'd actually felt something, even stuck around. Not that she would admit it like he'd had it was just too soon; too soon to even sort out what she felt. Breeze just figured that she might as well enjoy what was currently happening.
With that in mind she'd easily caught the other wolf off guard by using her feet to flip the two over; so that now she layed on top of him. Tail wagging almost playfully behind her as she stared down at him, the previous mood of hers being replaced. “Not that I'm not liking our current position,” she smirked mischievously. “And the oh so flattering attention, but I need to kill something.”
“I'm thinking doe.” Her stomach growled at the thought of it; and she'd almost regretted not eating the hare from yesterday but she was sure that Kylon would be hungry as well. She stood then finally moving away from the warm embrace; to shake her pelt out roughly before stretching. Her back arched; as she did making the simplest of things seem like an invitation, while her tail flickered slowly in the air before she straightened up. It was intentional knowing he would probably be still watching her; and she had a knack for showing off the star on her hip. Another thought crossed her mind; one that had her lips pulling back to reveal her pointed caines. “I think you're gonna need the energy as well; especially for later.”

Kylon;
Oh, she was good. She was so good. Just in the very way that she captured his attention from the first moment he laid eyes on her, and kept his attention with every word she said. Not just her words, but her very action, even the sounds she produced made his insides shiver with pleasure. He couldn’t help but voice just what his mind couldn’t stop thinking about. Was it not right. Was it too soon to let her know that, yes, indeed she had made him fall for her. Was this not safe for him to put himself out there like that. Probably not, but he couldn’t exactly make these emotions stop, especially right now when she was so close to his body, so in control of his attention and emotions.
Kylon suddenly felt a force beneath him, and his body was aggressively shoved over. His reaction was too late as he hit the ground with a grunt and blinked his eyes back into focus. He couldn’t have grinned wider with the view that greeted him. Breeze smiled down at him victorious, her lips curving with mischief as she forced his shoulders down. Her strength was intoxicating, and her forcefully touch all the more. ”You caught me off guard.” He complained as he wiggled his hips playfully underneath her. She kept her sly grin, and her own tail swayed back and forth. “Not that I'm not liking our current position, and the oh so flattering attention, but I need to kill something.” Kylon raised an eyebrow in surprise at her sudden mood change and especially for her unexpected brutality. Part of him wanted to stay there in the warmth and pleasure of the moment, but most of him was agreeing with what Breeze said. His limbs itched for some action other than what they did last night, and his stomach was past the point of growling as it felt like it was the size of his nose. Breeze made his insides hurt when she mentioned hunting a doe. ”Yes please.” Kylon hummed with the thought of sinking his fangs into some warm flesh.
Breeze released him from her hold and crawled out of their warm spot, stretching her sleek form and taunting him with her alluring body. Kylon bit his lips as she displayed herself freely, his eyes following her curves, drawing him out as well. The bitter cold air greeted him, and he shook his fur out to hide a sudden shiver. Leaves fell from his freshly aired out pelt, and his tail swung high with anticipation. ”I’m not too familiar with where the best hunting spots are in this valley. I haven’t been here long.” Kylon puffed out his chest and stretched his neck up letting his nose point to the sky before returning his gaze on the gorgeous she-wolf. ”How about you? You seem quite familiar with this place, especially where the hiding spots are.” He teased her as he stepped past her, dragging his shoulder across her side with a smirk before starting off through the woods.

Breeze; There were a few spots that she could show him, though usually when it grew colder they were less inhabited. It'd be pointless to show him them now, maybe when it warmed up and the prey returned she'd take him to them. Would they even still be around each other when the seasons changed? When she thought about it the thought itself hadn't seemed so bad; it was a rarity for her. To stick around after the physical things took place, but Breeze could admit that it appealed to another less cruel side of her. The side that was only reserved for her family or friends if she managed to make them; it was too soon to tell. Though she was pulled from her thoughts as a broad shoulder ran along her side making an involuntary shiver run through her in response. She'd stared after the wolves retreating form a grin tugging at her lips; as she chuckled lowly. It'd definitely be an interesting experience. She thought while moving to catch up with him, till she was trotting beside Kylon. “Most of my spots are pretty much useless at this time of year, but there's always the idiots of the bunch.” Seeing that most of them would leave in search of food, except a few who'd stay behind because they didn't want to leave the safety of their homes. Those were the ones that she liked ripping apart the ones that didn't deserve to reproduce. Not that she didn't mind ripping them all apart, because either way breeze would enjoy it. She wasn't sure how good his nose was but she could track them down something to eat. Come to think of it this would be her first time hunting with another wolf that wasn't related to her, but she assumed he'd be hungry. And surprisingly she wasn't put off by the idea of sharing a meal with him. “We should be able to easily find something, it'd be a good run also,” she smirked, her body brushing up against his in a playful manner. Briefly she'd been reminded of their bed of leaves from the warmth radiating off of the other wolf as their bodies touched. “I mean that is if you can keep up?”
Kylon matched her wit; she'd wondered if his other qualities were just as strong. Though from glancing at him she knew he'd match anything she threw at him, and just the thought of it drew her closer. Breeze had never been this attracted to another wolf before not that she could remember; everyone else seemed so basic. They were faceless voids in her memory; nameless ones not to mention she had taken the time to omit their names from her memory, but not Kylons. The female didn't think she could forget his even if she tried. She had guessed that meant someth-. “Smell that?” Breeze came to a sudden halt; her nose lifting in the air as she sniffed before turning in the direction the scent was coming from. Then without so much of a warning she'd bolted the promise of a meal at the forefront of her mind while she neared the unsuspecting prey. Side note: take your time I understand

Kylon;
Kylon quickly grew accustomed to the chill in the air, and kept his pace brisk enough to get the blood circulating through his veins. Breeze kept up to him, trotting along side as she conversed about her hunting routes. The feeling of this particular situation seemed oddly refreshing, as if he and her had been long time friends and were just catching up with life. He could definitely get used to it, as he let his contentment get familiar with the feeling of being side by side with Breeze.
He chuckled at her comment and then asked his question with a slight tilt of his head in her direction. ”Your spots? Do you travel far to hunt your desired prey, or do you just take advantage of what’s in front of you?” That remark made him smirk because it reminded him of a certain introduction. ”I assume you know where the allianced territories are located and where their boarders stretch?” Kylon didn’t know too much about Breeze’s personality and who she was, so he didn’t feel too bad about being so generous with the questions. He was putting together a pretty good list of most of her obvious traits though, gorgeous being at the top. They were already past the fun part, and maybe Kylon had let himself a little too deep into the pit before finding more about who she was, but her spit fire personality had drawn him in immediately and her eyes held an evil glow that just connected with his soul. He still wasn’t completely sure if she held loyalty to the evil alliance or not. Any wolf with a mad desire to trance another could be of any alliance, however, a few of her comments had caught his attention as to where Breeze stands in alliance. Only, Kylon preferred to hear it directly from her mouth because whether if they’d spent a night on each other’s bodies, or if they’d just met, this topic of discussion was very important to him.
”I’ve found the location of that one pack called Midnight Whisper or something, but I’ve kept clear of their hunting lands. I’d rather be on good terms with them if I’d someday assist their ranks. You know, and not have to deal with a reputation of having stolen prey from them.” Kylon breathed a sigh as he let the subtle information out in the open. She probably didn’t know his alliance either. If she cared about such things or not, Kylon wanted to let her know that his loyalty stood with the evil alliance and he wasn’t chaotic about it either. Her attitude at times seemed very opposite, but he still made himself have hope that she wasn’t all reckless as much as it seemed she was. He also wasn’t sure about his idea of possibly assisting the ranks of that certain evil pack. He’d thought about it before, but he had originally chosen to leave his evil pack to create more followers not join another growing evil brood. Of course in the far future this idea could become possible, but now Breeze had entered his life and a new idea had sprouted, one of his own pack, or family of a sort. He could easily see himself settling down and just growing the evils of the next generations rather than going out and converting stray minds. Only time would tell which direction his life would tilt.
He did appreciate her positivity about hunting though, and her step quickened with excitement and her sleek fur brushed his. “I meant that is if you can keep up?” A similar taunting nudge was returned and he even added a playful nip at her cheek as he laughed, ”Is that a challenge? You may or may not be speaking to one of the best hunters in my birth pack. Let’s not make predictions.” He equaled her speed and threatened to bolt off, but her movement suddenly stopped as she hissed, “Smell that?” Kylon flung his head in the direction of her focus and his nostrils opened to sense the surprisingly thick aroma of nearby prey. Again his reaction was delayed to her quick leap into action, and he found himself sprinting after her with the giant strides until he was at her heels. The prey would be alert by now to their approach, and Kylon was ready to make any sudden turns or shifts in direction. The underbrush was thick, and a maze of escape could already have been planned by the prey. Their main goal was to stop those escape routes from being used.
