Dawn; Sniff sniff, the winds blew a soft breeze, numerous scents was everywhere within the area, yet the red marked female did not find the particular scent she was looking for. Sniff sniff, her nose twitches every now and then, her paws throbbing softly as she had been walking for what seemed like forever, searching for the one that went missing all these seasons. But to no avail, her nose did not do her justice. A heavy sigh escaped the female's throat, disappointment filling her very core, how many seasons has it been? How many seasons has she searched for her father that disappeared? She continued to walk a little further, deeper within the redwoods, finally taking the time to stop on her tracks to take a short breather. The female took a look at her surroundings, spotting no movement except for a few birds flying by. She spots a river in front of her in the short distance, she gets up, trotting ahead until she reached the river's edge, sitting back down on her haunches once more. Once again, a heavy sigh escapes her, the sound of the water rippling and rushing gently relaxed her just a bit. Her eyes gazing into the water, looking at her own reflection within it. As she looks at her reflection, she eyes her marking that covered her right eye, and realization struck like lightning. How could she not have realized this sooner? Instead of using her sense of smell she could have been using the power Sheba had given her such a while ago. With a last look around her surrounds just to be sure she was in the clear of any possible danger, the red marked she-wolf closed her eyes, clearing her mind before concentrating on mentally being aware of her surroundings. As her eye power marking glowed a bright red, she could sense tiny critters moving around her, birds somewhere above her. She continues to focus for a good few minutes, until the presence of a familiar wolf came into her mind. The presence felt strong, and was coming from a short distance across the river. Her eyes sprung open, could it be? Her heart would start to race with anticipation, but she could not get her hopes all high up. She closes her eyes to focus once more, she had to be absolutely sure that what she was sensing was true and not all in her imagination. Once she could confirm that it was indeed a wolf she was familiar with, her legs would spring up and jump into the river in front of her and as quickly as possible she swam across it, and once at the other side she would not bother shaking the excess water off her pelt but instead she would continue to run towards the presence she had felt close by. Loyal; All is silent, just as it always had been, the black furred he-wolf had a stick in his mouth, slowly walking towards his little "den" of a ditch he had made his home. He was surprised at himself he hadn't gone crazy over the seasons, he was completely alone, absolutely no interactions had this wolf made, he did not want to anyway. Even til today, he was still ashamed to go out into the world to meet new wolves, or to even search for his family. Geist, that name filled the wolf with hatred every time one would speak of her or he would think it. It was Geist's fault he dared not to return to his family, her fault that his hatred for things grew more and more by each passing day. But a tiny part of him knew, it was his fault for making a joke to begin with. The he-wolf was covered with mud and leaves, his scent covered up as he used this to make sure no one could sniff him out. He didn't smell dirty, as he used the river to bathe himself every now and then. Loyal, a name he thinks he lived up to til this day, huddled himself inside his ditch, small bones besides him as he had eaten a hare not too long ago. It wasn't until suddenly, the reds of his paws and tail tip would start to hurt, and as every second passed by it hurt more and more until he could not handle the pain and would whimper from said pain, eyes closing shut as he gritted his teeth. A figure jumped in front of him and into the ditch, a feminine voice calling out to him " Dad!!" the female sounded excited, only for her expression to become worried as she saw her father in pain. Because she was so close, Loyal was feeling the utmost pain ever, and she could not even take a step towards him before he shouted " GET AWAY FROM ME!!" Was this a nightmare? Loyal could not remember how long it had been since he felt this much pain, but if it was a nightmare he would surely would have woken up by now. The intense pain still lingered, his daughter backed away a few feet from shock. Though it still hurt like literal hell, her backing up made his pain a little, just a little more tolerable. He tries to force an eye open, looking at the one causing him pain, though it took him a couple of moments he would soon recognize his daughter. " D-Dawn..? You.. You have a power?" His voice, strained with pain as he tried to hold back any yelling. And though his mind was more focused on the pain he was dealing with, he could still hear his daughter speak " Y-yeah! I- I got a power, specifically awareness, so that I can look for you, Dad! Why- why are you in so much pain? Why did you leave us?" Loyal did not know how to respond, but he could not come up with a lie, he wanted to die right now he wanted the pain to go away so bad. He wanted HER to go away, he never cared about his kids all that much, if he had to have a favorite, Dawn would be his favorite, for she reminded him of her mother and she was the closest thing to being evil compared to her siblings. No he did not care for her except that she was alive and well, other than that, her feelings towards him did not matter to him, and if it meant her hating him for being so hurtful just for her to get away from him and to cease the pain, then so be it. He bares his teeth, growling at her as he barked " I am in so much pain because of you! You are a powered wolf! And I am cursed to feel this pain when near said wolves! I was fine being alone! Without you or your siblings! I- I left because I did not see the point of coming back when I went to visit Geist, I could not come back! And I do not plan to! Leave and forget I ever existed! Just run! run far away from me..." He ends, whimpering slightly as guilt would add to the pain he already had. His daughter, speechless from what she had heard, tears were forming in her eyes, it did not help she was still wet from when she swam across the river. Did she waste all this time looking for her father for nothing? She felt like running away, but something urged her to stay for a bit longer, it was anger, anger formed in her heart as she herself decided to bark out her feelings " Because of ME!? I went to get a power from Sheba because you went missing! If you had just came back to us I would not have gotten a power so that you could suffer around me! It wasn't my fault YOU got cursed from Geist! I get you don't care about us, but what about mom huh!? Did you not love her like you claimed you did!? She left because of YOU!" As she continued to yell she steps closer to him, making him feel more pain for he deserved it " I can't believe all this time searching for you I wasted it! You are a waste! I cannot believe you are my father! What did we do to you for you to not care about us huh!? We deserved better! Mom deserved better!" she barks close to his face, and all he could do was whimper from both pain and guilt, he was in too much pain to speak now. Their yelling could be heard from a distance, basically echoing through the tall and large redwoods. She takes a step back, looking at her father a last time before she turned her back and would start to walk away slowly " I cared for you... Loyal? You don't deserve that name.." She said somewhat quietly, slowly walking further away from him. His whimpering would calm down a bit, since she was going further away from him. She used her awareness as she walked away slowly, still trying to feel his presence, since she was fairly close by, she did, but it would become fainter as she went further away from him. Blood

Bane;The travels of a rouge murderer always came easy, as the desire for the taste of blood never ceased to motivate. And by fate, there was always a scent trail to stumble upon. Following it was the challenge, but the excitement and anticipation as to what was at the end of that rail made the hunt worth it. It was one of these scent trails that Bane had stumbled across and was now lazily following. The dry season of autumn helped with the challenge of tracking down a wolf, and the hunter was also pretty sure whoever was leading him on was female, so that definitely helped with the motivation of finding the treasure at the end of the rainbow. Little did he know that a hefty treasure would be waiting for him at the end. Bane let a waft of wind caress his nose as he read the scents that it carried. His golden pupiled eyes slowly raked the surrounding trees and shadows, but there was no ounce of suspicion or any care at all if there was danger around him. For all he cared, he was the biggest badest wolf around and if anyone should come upon him, they should be the ones in fear and terror. One should be obligated to fear a wolf that never sleeps, who can control the shadows and cast pure darkness upon them... and if they didn't, Bane would surely make them fear him. His hunt slowly progressed as every now and then he would pick up a stronger trail before it got weak again. The large blood-red paws of the burly male lazily dragged along the forest floor, his claws nicking the exposed roots of the great redwood trees. Bane stopped in his tracks and lowered his snout to the earth. The scent of his prey was heavier in this spot, and the eyes of the murderer closed as he inhaled deeply. She had rested there before continuing on. Had she been searching for something too. Flicking back open, Bane's unnerving eyes looked forward and a malicious grin pulled at the corner of his lips. He was very ready to reap the reward at the end of this hunt. This was by far the most anticipation he had felt in a while. After a short time of more tracking, Bane finally came upon a river and for a split second there was doubt in his mind. Prey often got lost after they crossed a river. Their scent would be watered down, and if one was particular about making their scent trail disappear, then they would crawl up out of the river at an odd area to get rid of any following. But the sliver of doubt hardly lasted long because Bane's gray ears flicked at the noise of barking voices. It sounded like there was already a fight going on. What luck. Now it would just be an easy kill, pick off the last standing and make both of the pitiful creatures bleed out beside each other. Bane slowly let himself into the river. Whoever was on the other side would be too occupied in their argument to pay attention to anyone coming closer. The sound of the water around him drowned out their words too much for Bane to understand what they were fighting about, but by the time he was up out of the water and on the other side, all he could barely catch was, "Loyal? You don't deserve that name." Fancy that, was this a break-up, a perfect time for him to kill a no-good mut and steal his lady. Bane didn't bother shaking out the water from him pelt, he liked the feeling of the water dripping off of him, it reminded him of blood that he would soon be spilling. Stopping in his place, Bane watched as a she-wolf crawled out of a ditch-like-den and distanced herself from it, whoever was left inside there was whimpering in pain. Well, what a rip-off. If she had already taken his pleasure of spilling blood, then he would be pissed and murder her on the spot, but it was no fun if there wasn't first fear. Before he let himself get spotted, Bane drew upon his strength and power while his mental fingers reached out around him and collected every single spot of shadow and began to form a carpet of foggy shadows of mist that covered the area all three wolves were in. He slowly stalked forward, the fog growing thicker as it now began to block out the sun's ability to make it look like daytime. Camouflaged by his dark gray pelt, Bane neared the small ditch to find the whimpering male still alive. "What a waste of life." Bane didn't see any blood on him at all, so why was he in so much pain. Was the break-up of his lovely she-wolf that devastating. "Do you need helping shutting up?" Bane stalked even closer until he was within lashing distance of the pitiful male.

Loyal;
As he notices his daughter walking away from him in anger, a small form of relief came to him, for the pain subsides a bit. But that pain would quickly come back to haunt his very soul. A spark of confusion filled his head, why was he in pain all over again? She had walked away, was there something else to the curse he didn't know about? But his question would soon be answered, for a stranger wolf had jumped into his den, looking as malicious as one could ever be. Was this wolf sent from Geist to hunt him down? Why did it take so many seasons to finally end his life if that was the case? "Damn you..." He said in his mind, not to the wolf, but to the evil goddess herself. He cringes from his intense pain, he pleaded in his mind, that if the wolf did intend to harm him, please be it a fast death for it would be a million times better than the pain he was going through now. A part of him was glad that in the last few moments of life and his death that was surely to come, his daughter would not be there to see it, or so he thought she wouldn't. The pain was so unbearable, that it was hard to concentrate on what the wolf was saying. But one thing did manage to surpass his pain and into his mind "D..D.." he tried to blurt out, trying to say the name of the only wolf he truly cared about. But alas, he would only whimper more, and a small tear streams down his cheek, before a sharp intense pain was felt through his neck. He yelped only once, and while the pain was intense, this was better to him than the pain he was dealing with mere seconds ago. As life drifts from his dying body, images of his mate, his children as pups and himself flashes before his very eyes. Maybe in another life he would be a better mate, a better father, a better wolf, maybe. But it was unfortunate he could not live like that in this life, or at least he did not have the will and mindset to do so. His vision goes dark, as blood leaves his body rapidly, life leaving his body once and for all.
-Exit Loyal-
Dawn;
As she treads forward, some form of darkness loomed over the area. Her eyes scanned the area in front of her as she noticed it had suddenly became dark, her eyes look to the sky to spot the sun, yet it would seem like nightfall had came faster than she expected "Nighttime already?" She said to herself, quietly before her ears perked and flickered at the sound of her father's whimpering.
She quirks a brow, rolling her eyes briefly before baring her teeth in aggravation and shouting "Quite your whining! I already went away from you what more do you wa-" she stops herself from finishing, realizing that his whimpering was as loud as when she first came up to him. It could have been that he wanted her to come back and make her feel guilty by pretending to be in such pain, but if she knew her father, she would know he was not an attention-seeker, and didn't regret his decisions for the most part.
His whimpering was still loud, the female turned to the direction she had just left, taking a few steps forward before stopping on her tracks. It was too dark to see, and she did not want to slip and fall into the ditch or anything of the sort. She uses her awareness once again, closing her eyes as her power marking glowed a bright obvious red once more, she managed to drown out her father's pain and focus on how close his presence was. Not only did she feel his presence, but she could feel the presence of another wolf, unfamiliar at that. She opens her eyes, heart beginning to race with fear as she would realize this unknown figure had some form of power, not from her awareness but from remembering that her father had mention he would feel this intense pain when around powered wolves.
She would mentally to the goddesses that this powered wolf was not a killer, though it would be unfortunate that the goddess would not give her what she wanted. It was a bit too dark for her to see anything clearly, and as she could still hear her father's cry of pain, she would slowly, really slowly, take a step forward towards the sound of his pain. Though fear still lingered in her core, she did not have the heart to run away from her distressed father especially if he was in trouble.
All of a sudden a quick sharp yelp could be heard, before all is silent, causing her to freeze on the spot. She felt as if her heart was pounding through her chest, begging to escape. She takes a few steps back, her legs shaking with fear, her breathing was not intense, as she tried her absolute best to keep quiet, but with the silence filling the atmosphere, her breathing may be the only thing that could be heard. The soft wind continued to blow, so that softened the sound of her breathing just a bit. She backed up until a large tree stopped her in her tracks, once she stopped she was too afraid to move more, though her mind kept telling her to run, her body would not cooperate. The sounds of her father's pain replayed in her mind, had she just lost her father right when she just found him?
"It's all my fault." She said in her mind numerous times, repeating it until it just embedded in her head. Had she not searched for her father, had she not exposed him, he would still be alive. Guilt filled her very soul, but after replaying her father's words in her mind, guilt would slowly drift away. What was she so guilty about? He was never there, he practically never existed, he only held the title of being her father, but that was it. No love ever came from him, so why would she give him any love in return?
Her expression strangely relaxed a bit, her shoulders as well. Though her heart still raced, it wasn't as fast as before, however she would remember that she was near another wolf who clearly just murdered her father. The chance of the wolf killing her to were high, especially since this wolf was clearly powered, and by the looks of her surroundings the wolf had the power to control darkness.
She quickly lifted her haunches up, trying to find a way out and away from the killer, it was still too dark to see through, but she would try her best to get away somehow. She did not run, but walking as fast as possible like she was in a hurry, stopping for a second when she would sense a tree right in front of her.

Bane;Apparently, this wolf was in way too much pain to even talk, because he said nothing other than his pitiful crying, which was getting quit annoying. As much as Bane enjoyed watching his prey die slow and painful deaths, this one might just have to be a fast one. "Quite the baby, aren't you?" Bane moved in even closer, the other male didn't even bother to move as he shrieked even louder with his eyes squeezed shut and his body shaking uncontrollably. There had to be something else causing this reaction other than fear or terror, there was pain in his body, and a lot of it. Bane stood over the knotted-up figure of the male who's every limb was clenching and digging into the earth for dear life. It was a very pretty sight, and Bane would have been pleasured by it much more if it had been him who was inflicting the pain, but that little she-wolf must have cursed him or something for him to be in such a weird state. And that was enough, he couldn't take the wailing any longer. *warning, the next paragraph is graphic* Bane leaned over and whispered in the wolf's ear in between his painful howls, and said, "Here, let me help you." A quick flash of his fangs cut perfectly into the neck of the male and stole his breath right out of his beautiful crying song. Droplets of fresh blood flung at Bane's face from the immense amount of pressure built up in the male's throat, a steady stream of blood followed and began to form a pool underneath the two of them. Bane let his eyes lazily follow the growing red puddle and his ears listened to the pleasant sound of the air slowly seeping out of the now lifeless form. With a slow shift, the murderer pressed his paw onto the spine of the male's neck, squeezing out more of the blood before grabbing his scruff in his maw and dragging him up and out of the ditch. Bane's muscles flexed and bulged on his still wet and sleek form as he pulled the lifeless form out into the open, a large streak of red traced the path the body was drug. With a switch of his mind, Bane caused the shadows and darkness to flow away from the spot he was standing over the male, like a grand entrance the foggy shadows cleared. The female still had to be close, Bane could feel her presence as his shadows touched the area, and since she was, there had to be a beautiful display to show her just how powerful he was. Just to impress her. Or make her cower in fear. One of the two should do just fine, and Bane was ready for both. "Would you like to say goodbye to your little friend?" His deep gravelly voice carried through the shadows like a rock echoing down a mountain chasm. His beady gold eyes watched as his mind swirled and spun the shadows around him, slowly turning them into thick pillars that formed into figures of big menacing reflections of his own body.

Dawn;
Freedom did not seem like an option, for every turn she made she did not seem to find an exit out of the darkness and into the light. She whimpered quietly to herself, begging to find a way out. But before she could even think of anything else, behind her was a center of light, and in that center was not only a stranger but her father's lifeless corpse in his maw. Her eyes widen from the sight, why must this wolf confirm what she had rightfully assumed? Why let her see it for herself?
Never in her life has she seen a lifeless wolf corpse, and the first one she had to see was her own father's corpse. She gulped quietly, before hearing the male speak. It sent tiny shivers down her spine, was she next, she wondered.
She turns to face the stranger, it was clear that this wolf was showing off in a cruel and wicked way. Though her legs shivered a bit with fear, her expression was the opposite, showing a sign of fearlessness. Her brows furrowed, if this wolf was trying to show off, it may be best to follow along his little game. Showing fear would show signs of weakness, and she was not going to get killed that easy. She eyes her father's body, smacking her lips as if she hated just the sight of him "Good riddance." She speaks, her voice oddly clear when she spoke.
With the way the wolf displayed himself, this MUST be the handy work of the evil goddess Geist, and this wolf must be a loyal subject of hers that she so happens to like.
Dawn eyes the wolf, while still having distance from him, rolling her eyes slightly "He is not my friend. Last time I check, friends don't leave each-other just because they're too much of a coward to face their problems." She bared her teeth from aggravation, her voice sounding like she had pure hatred towards the lifeless father. Oddly enough, her anger subsided the fear, for her legs were not shaking anymore. She spots the figures besides the wolf, glaring at them for her anger made her feel like she could take them on. But she tugs in a smirk, letting her sassy teasing self show out "I didn't think such a big and bad wolf would need little helpers by his side." she said, claws slightly clenching into the earth as her tail whipped to either side of her, thrill and anticipation starting to fill her mind similar as before.

Bane;
There she was. Bane's sharp golden eyes outlined the lean muscular figure of the she-wolf and a sly grin spread across his blood splatted face. Her face, however, didn't hold the fear and terror Bane was craving, but instead, it glared over at the dead wolf sprawled out underneath him with its head hanging to the side with a slit open neck.
"Good riddance." Came her voice that made Bane's ears flick with slight irritation. His eyes narrowed as he stared at the she-wolf to try and find some sort of fear in her demeanor, but he found none. This annoyed him all the more, but at the same time, it turned him on, and his craving only grew from there. She spoke again and Bane lifted his head tilting it to the side with a mischievous look on his face, "Well then, I'm curious as to why you didn't just take care of his pitiful existence while you had the chance." He took a step forward, the grin on his face became even more sinister as he purred again with his deep gravelly voice. "Unless he really did mean something to you." Bane was getting somewhere with this, he knew it.
An exhale left his body as he looked back down at the bloody mess he had made and heard her smart comment to his shadow trick. "Little lady please, they are simply my audience," Without even looking at the shadow figures around him, they melted into misty shadows again and covered the ground in a layer of fog, swirling towards the she-wolf as they rippled around her legs and long silky tail. "But I guess just you will suffice." There was almost a chuckle that came out of Bane, but he didn't let himself laugh completely, he only wanted to get closer to her, much closer. Slowly dipping his paws in the dark red blood, Bane dragged his claws over the ground as he leisurely walked towards the she-wolf, waiting to see what she would do or say.

Dawn;
Mischief spreads across the stranger's face, and not the playful kind of mischief Dawn would have liked. The female refrains from gulping her saliva, for she felt like he would have noticed even that. "Well then, I'm curious as to why you didn't just take care of his pitiful existence while you had the chance." the killer said, making Dawn look to the side to quickly try to come up with a lie, because there was no way she would admit she did not have the heart to do so.
The male takes a step forward and continue to speak, questioning if the now lifeless wolf did mean something to her. Her eyes quickly avert to his figure, watching his every move before she had finally came up with a convincing lie "Tch, I simply wanted for him to suffer for as long as possible, though you unfortunately made it last for a very short amount of time." She said, sounding as if displeased for the male to have ended her entertainment so soon.
Her ears flicked with irritation at his remark, little lady? She scoffed quietly at the remark. Little? She was the opposite at that, physically, she was larger than your typical female, and mentally? Well she did not cower in fear such as a little wolf would do, and she held her emotions deep within her core for the most part, yes, she was the opposite of little.
Her eyes notices the shadow figures melt into a misty fog once again, she was compelled to take a step back to get away from said shadows, but something told her that getting away would not work, and she is doing so well on hiding her fear, showing a glimpse of it now will not do her any good. Her tail sweeps side to side, as if trying to fan the misty fog away. The male speaks a last time, really starting to get close to her as he drops the body to the ground and walking in the pool of blood, while she decides to reply to his little remark "Little? I'm the opposite of l i t t l e, as you can clearly see." She said as a matter of fact.
While she was talking, her claws unnoticeably seep into the earth, only for it to resurface digging up small amounts of dirt, as if trying to collect it all in a paw. Hoping that he was to focused on her face rather than what was going on with her paws. Once she has a small amount of dirt, she stops, paying attention to the male before her.
As the male draws closer, her scent would clearly be strong, and her scent would vaguely smell similar of the wolf the stranger had just murdered, given that he was inches away from her father, and his scent still lingered on him. Not only that, but if the stranger had paid attention, which Dawn would hope he did not, he would notice that the female had red paws and tail tip like the cursed wolf, and her eyes (not that it matter for the majority of the time his eyes were closed) matched of that her father's. Perhaps the black markings on her may aid to the appearance, but alas it could all be just coincidence.
Of course, she did not like how close he was getting, for that little mental note would still tell her there was a chance he was going to brutally kill her, but the male showed interest in her, which was possibly good, at least it showed he was not going to instantly kill her like he did her father. She speaks to break the possible, uncomfortable silence in the air, her voice sounding as if she had mischievous intentions "Ya got more tricks you wanna show off?" she quirks a brow, as if genuinely interested in the male.

Bane;
And there it was, the glance to the side, the flicker of panic in her eyes. Bane knew it, this wolf had meant something to her. Friend, mate, sibling, parent. Whichever it was, he had trapped her in her own lie, in her act of defense. Either way, he didn't really care, only if it hurt in some sort of way that he had just murdered him. And from the attempted cover-up, Bane knew that it had hurt her. Now to get her little trick out in the open. And then she spilled that as well.
"So you did curse him with pain?" Bane continued his slow approach as his voice drawled out in a rumble of amusement. "It was quite impressive, what kind of power is that one called?" He watched her expression change to disgust when he called her by his favorite nickname to give she-wolves. He didn't care what she thought of it, he cared that he enjoyed saying it. But since she mentioned her stature, Bane took advantage of her words and let his eyes wander over her long legs and lean waist that curved from her muscular shoulders and hips, "Oh, I'm definitely enjoying what I'm seeing, but are you?" Bane definitely knew how wet and bloody his appearance looked, no muscle was hidden, and his fangs only shone brighter as his sly grin grew.
Bane was only a few steps away from the female, and her scent was only getting stronger. This only made his insides spin even more for even a second of contact if that's all he could get from her, but she hadn't bolted off yet, so there was still a chance he'd get what he wanted. He stopped in his tracks when her voice broke the silence and his brow raised in curiosity, "Only if you're willing to see them." His golden pupils gave off a glint of anticipation.

Dawn;
"So you did curse him with pain?" She hears the wolf ask. Well he cursed himself but now wasn't the time to be all truthful and all. He asked what kind of power she may have cursed him with, she tugged in a proud smirk that she wore well "Well I could have inflicted the pain on him with my venomous bite," She said, swaying her fluffy tail before continuing "But that would be typical, wouldn't it? A venom powered wolf could do that to anybody." Her tail sways a bit more as she purred her words out.
"But I am not just any wolf, I have been blessed by the most powerful goddess, and she bestowed the gift of inflicting the most unbearable pain to any wolf I deem unworthy."
She was getting back to her old roots now, playing tricks on others like she had always been doing ever since she was a mere pup. Her eyes catches the male glancing over her figure, which would make her mentally gag from how someone can just murder another being and yet get turned on afterwards by seeing a pretty face. He states what he was seeing is enjoyable, and asks if she thought the same. She eyes over his bloody figure, if she had to describe his body in one word it would be muscles. If it wasn't for his bloody appearance, or the fact he had just murdered someone, she would definitely find some attraction in him. She simply huffs and smirks slyly, barely looking away as to leave him wondering if she did find him attractive or not "Perhaps."
The male posted himself a few steps away from her, that was as close as she would allow him to be. His expression sparks with curiosity and his eyes glint with anticipation, he was surely expecting to get something out of her, and Dawn was content in letting him believe he would. She relaxes her shoulders, her eye lids barely closing as she grins with mischief in her demeanor "I'm always up for anything entertaining." she purred, eyes lingering on his muscular bloody figure as she watches his every move.

Bane;
Bane could almost taste the lies that were coming from her mouth when she gave her answer from the lips that were decorated with a sly smirk. Bane knew that face very well, for he would use it all the time. It was the face of enjoying playing with others while they tried to figure out what you actually meant. Was it lies or truth coming from that smirk or was that just a smirk that Bane had to slowly rip from one corner of her face to the other. The pretty she-wolf continued with her words, now speaking of the White Wolves and the power of inflicting pain.
"Mm, of course, Geist. I remember when I met her so long ago." Bane watched the she-wolf, she must have been doing the same exact thing, waiting to see who would make the first big move. If she was actually a venomous wolf, then getting too close to her might actually be dangerous, and if she was actually able to inflict pain, then getting close was also a risk in that area too. Unless the little lady was hiding behind a whole wall of lies and she was actually powerless. Bane didn't think that entirely true, for there was still the proof that she was able to inflict pain in some sort of way showing with the fact of the screaming male that he had just murdered. "You must find me worthy then, if you haven't inflicted unbearable pain on me." Bane let his tongue poke out from his fangs as he licked the side of his lips.
His brow raised when she gave him just a little bit of her mind after he had asked her if she found him enjoyable to look at. Bane only grinned even more maliciously as he stayed where he was. He wouldn't move a muscle until his next trick, and to his surprise, she actually wanted to be entertained. That could definitely happen for her if she wouldn't act up and cause him to have to kill her. "Then, little lady, let me entertain you." Bane's eyes lulled as he looked straight at the she-wolf and a deep liquid of darkness started overflowing from her body and spilling out all around her like a dam of water breaking and flooding out. It grew and grew until it was a huge dome reaching over both of their heads and drowning them in complete darkness. Bane wasn't a strong enough shadow master to see through this darkness, but he had been in the middle of his own shadow dome before, and the shadows that he controlled gave him enough sense of touch that he could feel where the she wolf was.
With a rush of energy, Bane moved behind the she-wolf and then spoke in his gravelly voice that seemed to echo through the darkness and bounce off the sides of the shadow dome. "There is no use in running, my shadow will only drag you down and suffocate you." He lied, again, he wasn't a strong enough shadow master to perform the act of attaching his shadow to another wolf and slowing them down, but if it inflicted fear, then he would abuse that power as much as he wanted. "Now tell me, princess, what exactly did Geist empower you with? I'd love to know. I wouldn't want to waste your life if it was blessed with a powerful ability." Of course he wouldn't tell her that if he thought it was a lame useless power, then he wouldn't think twice about wasting her life. He silently stalked around her so she wouldn't be able to directly trace the source of his voice as it rumbled around in the shadow dome.

Dawn;
To no surprise, the wolf confirmed what Dawn had assumed, his allegiance is to the evil goddess Geist. She of course wanted to insinuate she was talking about Geist when she said the most powerful goddess, but to her the most powerful is the neutral goddess Sheba. Perhaps she sounded a bit too proud too quickly, or too proud in general, for she noticed the look in his expression when she spoke out her lies. Or perhaps it was because he was much like her, perhaps even better, when it comes to telling lies, after all he is evil and she is not, so it would only seem natural if the real liar here was the wolf before her.
However, she also noticed that he wasn't getting any closer to her, and staying exactly where he was. This meant that a part of him didn't want to risk himself getting injured if she was speaking the truth, which made her smirk a little with pride, at least she had him guessing.
"You are clearly strong, therefor are worthy, unlike that waste of life who had his brawn but decided to not use it and therefor render him useless." She scoffs, as it was true her father had a lot of muscle, perhaps just as much as the wolf before her. He seemed more than willing to show her his little tricks, she only hoped that it wouldn't effect her too much.
Darkness seemed to ooze out of her all of a sudden, her eyes search around her body as she would see the darkness form and leak out of her, this surprised her a bit, but as she would quickly realize what was about to happen next she quickly looks to her surroundings to remember where she was. Though her surroundings were still dark, that light in the center still gave just a little bit of light to see the trees around her. Once she was completely engulfed in darkness Dawn would only try to focus on what was possible, which was his voice.
His voice first was heard behind her, only for it to be sounding as it came from everywhere. She gulps quietly, but she continued to focus on his voice, and with her focus her eye marking would glow red, being able to sense where he was due to how he was still near her. She wasn't sure how bright her marking would glow, she only hoped it wasn't glowing so bright to where he was able to see it, especially depending on how thick the fog is.
He threatens that if she tried to run his shadows would only drag her down and cause her to not be able to breathe. She was silent for a moment, but only a short moment, debating on whether she would take the risk or not. "Oh but mere shadows cannot harm me, for Geist had seen something in me, granted me the power that is just as fearsome as inferno. But the power did not cause death by fire, and it is only by my own will that I decide if a wolf will immediately die from my power or suffer a slow and pleasurable, for me, death." she words rolled off her tongue, and as she spoke she recalled a tree being directly behind her. She steps backwards slowly as she talked, until her backside would hit the tree as she still sensed where he was. "In fact I simply have to be close to someone in order for me to inflict said pain." she purrs, trying to mentally get rid of the fact he called her yet another nickname she disliked.
"What's the point of me telling you what she empowered me with? You are already powered, unless Geist could give you another task to do and she herself may be able to tell you, for this power is so divine I myself cannot even speak its name." Her voice held a tone of pride, but at the same time it sounded as if she had to go through a lot just to receive such a divine gift.
She turns and faces the tree, having her front legs on it as she extends her upper body up and with her nose searching for a branch. After a few seconds she feels one, and quickly bites onto it, it wasn't too thick but not thin and flimsy either, it was slightly sturdy. As she bit onto it she would tilt her head to the side and try to carefully and quietly break it off, hoping he was talking by then. A quiet snap occurred and she slowly went back down, returning back where she originally was with the tree behind her. She continued to focus on his movements, and doing so her claws would dig the earth beneath her once again in the same spot she had before, at this point uncaring whether or not he saw her.
She hums with the branch in her maw and her claws digging up the earth, she wasn't being messy about with dirt flying everywhere, and she dug only a small hole where she had a decent pile of dirt besides her.

Bane;
Each word she spoke that boosted his ego was a breath of power in his lungs. His eyes grew more and more intense with a passion of lust and bloodshed as he interacted with this specific female. He could feel the strength in his body shift with the effect of him using his shadow dome power, but the situation he was in the middle of only gave him all the more ambition and anticipation to give the full effort. As each second passed, Bane could feel the weight of every shadow pressing on his skin. He could feel the shift and pulse of the shadow dome around him, beating like a heartbeat, a thick and heavy darkness. Bane's control over the shadows made him able to sense the space of darkness around him, the presence of the she-wolf was within his shadow sensing and he with his ability his shadow fingers drifted and caressed over and around her body and where she stood and moved to.
The she-wolf began to brag about her acquaintance with the White Wolf Geist and her powerful gifting that she secretly harbored. Bane was quite suspicious about what she spoke about, but he also didn't doubt the insanity of the evil goddess. This she-wolf could easily be empowered with something beyond the average giftings that the White Wolves bestowed upon the wolves of the valley. Despite the trapped female bragging about her power, she could have very easily been spouting lies to save her pathetic life from being ended in a second like her dear friend had been just moments before.
"Well well, aren't you so special to receive a nameless power from the Goddess Geist herself." Bane slowly moved around the she-wolf who was busy trying to create an escape. Her every move that she was making in the pitch darkness was outlined to Bane by his shadow sense and the control of his shadows. He ignored her little plotting actions, for now.
"Tell me then, little lady, how close do I need to be to you before I start feeling your beautiful pain inflicting into my body?" Every step he made was slow and sturdy as he circled and made his position behind the shifting space of where his shadows felt the body of the she-wolf. It felt like there was something in her mouth and Bane almost chuckled with pity for the hopeless female. She really was trying to find a backup plan for an escape or for her defense. If she was indeed blessed with a powerful nameless gift, she wouldn't be scrambling to grab a weapon of protection. In the darkness, Bane let a sly grin expose his fangs as he suddenly lunged forward from behind, aiming to use his larger form to trip her and pin her to the ground.

Dawn;
Anxiety can take a toll on one's mind, and it started to take a toll on her mind. However she knew if she'd freak out now she would surely die, and most importantly, it was not like her to freak out out of fear, she always played it cool, and she wouldn't change that now. To calm her stressful mind, she'd repeat the words in her head "He's not gonna kill me, he's not gonna kill me, I won't let him." repeating this seemed to have eased her mind.
Her mind quickly averts the the branch in her mouth, she had planned on using it on him and flee, however that feeling of feeling out of character occured to her again, she wasn't one for fleeing from fear, at least not easily, she would be the one to find a clever way out of a situation, and she would think of an idea to get out of this situation as well.
Besides the fact she could literally not see anything, if she wounded him she had no doubt he could easily catch her, he didn't seem the type to pay attention to a wound long enough for one to easily escape. She had to be on her A game, she had to get her trickter self out and pull through, if she did, she'd no doubt make her mother and the goddess Sheba proud, she'd believe.
The male spoke, and it was at this moment she focused only on his voice once more, her awarness activating as she could sense him circling around her, going behind her. He was going to make a move on her, that seemed obvious enough. She prepares herself, her teeth gripping the branch as she focused intently on him. He pounced, and as his body aims for hers the she-wolf quickly moves to the side and shifted her head to aim and stab the wolf with the branch she had, most likely hitting his side if it did pierce his skin.
After side stepping, she smirks proudly and hummed "Nah ah ah, can't catch me by surprise, I'm starting to second guess your worthiness." she chuckled, focusing once more on his movements.
"How about you prove to me your worth, not only will I tell you my divine power but I will also make it worth your wild~" she purred, sounding as convincing as ever, she herself was convinced he wouldn't deny her offer, after all she did manage to dodge his attack in pitch darkness.

Bane; The leap forward in attempt to pin down this devious she-wolf and get closer to his desire of having her within his grasp had not gone quite as planned. Bane snarled softly as he felt a sharp jab in his shoulder as his large amount of force ripped the stick from her mouth that she had been gripping onto, and it went clattering to the ground in the darkness. In all of his plan to get her to the ground, she had succeeded in getting him with her little twig weapon and side stepping his attack. The pain in his shoulder from being scraped with the stick hardly added any more blood to his already blood pelt, and he quickly felt nothing with how much adrenaline and desire was running through his veins, and with that he decided to spring another surprise upon her while she taunted him with her words. His gravely chuckle was his response to her purring as she spurred him on to keep trying to prove himself to her. His desire to get her underneath his claws was far more of a motivation than trying to prove himself to a little she-wolf that he simply wanted to have his way with. “Oh, you’ll definitely be worth my while.” He made a gruff noise as he swiftly lunched forward yet again, intending to surprise her and throw her off guard. Bane had his aim set on tripping her and throwing her on her back in order to pin her down for him to tower over. His muscles flexed and activated as they rippled under his blood streaked pelt, his deep golden eyes narrowed as he set his aim on the she wolf and attacked. Arizona

Dawn;
It seemed her purring made him all the more eager, yikes, but maybe that was a good thing. He springs another attack on her, she had sensed his movement and forced her heavy body out of the way. Ah, he is stubborn, to be expected. A light scoff escapes her throat as if to mock the wolf for being slow. She herself circles around him, tauntingly, her very eyes keenly focusing on him as she outlines his own figure with her power. "Seems you didn't hear me the first time, you can't catch me by surprise, sloth."
As she suspected, her little attack with the branch didn't go as planned. What would be another way out of the situation. It was unfortunate she couldn't sense the trees around her, so that way she didn't have to bump into them whilst trying to escape. He seems to know her exact location just by the mere fact he tried to pounce her twice. It's at this moment she was extremely thankful for her power of sensing wolves, even if not strong enough.
He can pounce as many times as he'd like, but as long as she was focusing on his moves they would be running around in circles for hours. Though that may be a problem for her, as unlike this shadow user she indeed will get tired and need rest. She would need to plan her escape now and fast, but the question is is how, when this wolf is so enticed to have her under his deathly grip. She clenches her claws, trying to see if she could somewhat convince him of her idea "Fast isn't your thing, it seems, why not go slow? After all we have all the time in the world." she said, as if sleep was of no important matter, as if there was no rush, though there is rush to her escaping, and more than likely rush for her to be under his powerful paws.
