Hey everybody I decided I should go ahead and post this now that more packs have been popping up lately. I'm sure all of you are aware that the Pinboard exists and what the purpose of it is. In case you forgot you can always read This refresher.
As stated in the aforementioned thread guide on how to use the Pinboard, we need you to post an update whenever your wolves join a pack or their pack rank changes. Lately we have not been very strict about this rule. This is because Gyll, Cas and I had alpha characters in all the packs for quite some time and we were in charge of accepting new characters into the packs. Since we have access to the master Character List we didn't need people to post updates in the Pinboard about joining a pack. However, now that more packs are arising and are not led by staff members, its very important that pack rank/joining a pack is posted in the Pinboard. We need this to be done so that we can keep the master list up to date so we can keep an eye on how big the packs are getting and if they're outgrowing their territory among other things.
Also, just so you guys know, if you want your wolf to level up on their power you can post about it in the Pinboard. It is not necessary to post a new thread where your wolf visits a White Wolf. You are welcome to make such a thread if you desire but, again, its not necessary. I do not know what exactly the new powers system is going to entail but for now we do still have power levels and need you to post in the Pinboard should you feel your wolf is ready to level up. Also keep in mind we can deny your request for leveling up if we feel your wolf has not had enough practice.
Also keep in mind you need to post a thread in the Pinboard should your wolf change alliance or name. Also be sure to follow the basic template for these updates that is listed in the link above. If there are any questions please reply to this thread
UPDATE: Please remember to post in the pinboard when your pup character ages into young adulthood/teenagerdom or essentially when it becomes old enough to hunt on its own. The reason we ask you to do this is because litters of pups only count as one pack member until they're old enough to hunt. Once they've aged we change their rank in the master lists so that they are now a full fledged subordinate. This is also important to keep updated so we can keep an eye on pack size in relation to their territories.
