Heyo everyone~Ninjie is back and better than ever! Now that I know that WWM-5 is back, I'm fired up and ready for action.
However, I want something of a fresh start, so with the exception of Valravn, I'm deleting and restarting my characters. With the restart comes a revamped design, and I'm looking forward to seeing them in action and beautifully displayed in my signature. Unfortunately I am terrible at anything art related. I can't even use the lineart template right. I'm sure any of you out there can do my designs more justice than I can, but do you think you can interpret these abominations first? Are you up for the challenge? Lets begin~
First its "Dmitri" (not sure if I want to keep his name that)
When I thought of this design, I was thinking "natural", both in what natural colors wolves come in and natural elements like wood, grass, dust, and whatnot. He has always had a bit of a raccoon theme to him as well. The way I picture the raccoon half is having a raccoon mask, tail, and little dark paws. The way I picture his natural half is having the gray parts of him be
normal wolf colors with varying gray colors with his back and underside having a leafy green kind of coloring to it. Even his eyes are just a simple dark amber color. He is pretty straight forward and understandable.
Then there is Valravn
I'm actually very content with how Valravn came out. First off, it is very red. There are subtly different shadings of red on her back, paws, and tail though. Her eyes are really bright green. The biggest problem I have with Valravn is not a coloring problem, its her build; Valravn is a puppy; a rather scrawny puppy with long legs. There aren't that many templates that can pass for that kind of character design.
Lastly, the most complex one is Kodiac.
{Winter}
Luckily there is two to choose from.
{Spring, Summer, Fall}
Kodiak is a big fluffy baby. He has a trait in his genetics that makes his top layer long and puffy in the winter and shed during the spring. Think chow-chow kind of fur. The fur around his neck, down his back, and on his head is very thick like normal wolf fur, and drapes over his bright orange eyes and down his chest like a sort of hood. When the spring comes and the toplayer sheds, everything but the hood falls off to a normal, short wolf pelt. It reveals the purple to magenta to red stripes that go down his frame. Kodiac's face and ears are ticked with light pale purple specks. His eyelids are purple in coloration too.
