The day had been a long and grueling trek for the colorful she wolf. The rose eyed she wolf had moved carefully over rubble and rocks here and there. She was getting tired her paws aching as she hadn't stopped in a long while. Coming to the what she guessed was ruins,she weaved her way around to a part where two broken peices formed a den of sorts. With a bit of digging she could try and make it temporary or permanent if she so chosed. She dug her orangish pink glow like paws into the already half dug hole. Figuring it would make a good den for now She pushed dirt away and was packing it down. Finishing that as the sky turned from a sky blue to the colors of sunsets and she lifted her head her marking gave a faint glow against her dark blue pelt.
Kimaya had rested for a moment til she heard some movement. At least that's what she thought so she had decided to check our the sound. Going and weaving around piles of stone and whole structures here and there She stopped her rose red eyes glanced around. She may have looked innocent and defenseless but she was a capable she wolf.

Pan;
Abandoned ruins? Strange structures that were made out of stone, but smoothed down so perfectly that not even a stone master would be able to do it? Mysterious? Frightening? With legends circling around every inch of it? Well of course Pan wanted to see what that was all about.
Pan liked Autumn. It was a time when the looming promise of winter was over the horizon, but the memory of summer was still fresh in everyone's minds. It reminded him not to get to comfortable in his current state, but also reminded him to focus on the good; however, even so, Pan wasn't an exceptionally deep wolf. He just wanted to play, cause trouble, and explore. All these things could be acheived in Autumn just as well as in Summer, so he had no real complaints.
The ruins were certainly odd, and as he approached them from the South they loomed above him and blocked out the setting sun. He closed the distance to the stones and alighted onto them, being careful at first, because he didn't know exactly what he was up against her. Then, just as he began prowling up what could only be described as steps (though they were so perfect and uniform he almost thought they had been built like that on purpose), he heard the sound of digging. He quickly dashed to the far side of the rocks and stuck his head over the edge, tilting it comically and looking down. The feather in his mane dangled down as he tilted his head so dramatically, and his earring pulled his ear down, giving him a descidedly lopsided appearance.
"Hello." All he could see was the top of the wolf's head, but a head was a head was a head, and it deserved being said hello to.

Kimaya:
The last thing Kimaya had heard was the sound of pebbles,or that's what she had thought. After she had come up shoet on finding the source of the sound,the she wolf weaved her way back gracefully to her almost dug out den. Thought it was only when she was about to start her digging did she hear the voice of another wolf and a male voice at that. Blinking her rose red eyes she took a step back and lifted her head the white marking on her face gave a eerie bit beautiful white yellow glow as she lifted her head up. She let her gaze focus on the wolf. She took note of how his head was tilted to the side. The way she looked at him,he had almost seemed lopsided. Though the ear ring he wore probably added to it. She heard him say hello and decided she would humor the mall andntalk back instead of simply ignoring him."Well hello"She spoke keeping her voice sweet and honey like. Though she wasn't sure what brought the male there,she wouldn't ask it either."So,who are you?"She asked looking at him deciding to ultimately getting a name before she would figure out if she was interested enough or not to continue with an idea forming in her mind.

Pan;
The small male snorted, rolling onto his back on the stone structure and continuing to look at the wolf, though he was now upsidedown. It turned out that she was a female. There was something odd about her furâit seemed almost to glow. Pan's nose wrinkled and he squinted, not sure what to do with that information or how to go about looking at her. His own fur was very much the opposite. Browns, dark blues, and a streak of dark orange. He looked extraordinarily wild—whereas she looked extraordinarily exotic. What a difference it was. She greeted him back, then asked who he was. It was a rather abrupt question, after all, so with a smile Pan decided to give a rather abrupt answer. "Pan."
He rolled onto his stomach once more, hanging his paws off the edge and placing his chin between them.
"So who are you?"

(Sorry for not replying right away started two new jobs so I've been swamped with work)
Kimaya seemed to watch the male as he rolled over onto his back and she rolled her eyes ever so slightly at the he wolf. She watched him closely for a moment figuring her question was rather abrupt but at the moment She hadn't cared. The male known as Pan had caught her off guard while she had been digging her out a den to reside in."Well it's nice to meet you Pan. My name is Kimaya. I'm sometimes called Kim or Maya so take your pick"She said after a moment and turned back to the den,or well the start of a den, before she looked back at him with her rose red gaze. "So what bring you in this part of the well ruins?"She asked sitting down quietly.

Pan;
She told him that it was nice to meet him, and gave him the option of one of two ways of shortening her name. Pan tilted his head back and forth, considering, then snickered. "How about just Kimaya," He said, standing up and looking down at her. He wasn't on comfortable enough terms with her to call her anything but that yet, anyway.
A tree was growing close by the rocky platform that Acrbius was standing on (the very tree that Kimaya was digging out underneath for her den). Pan leapt forward without a second thought, above the female's head, and alighted to the branches. He slid down one, catching his foot on the other and landing on the next on down smoothly. From there he slid down two more in the same way, until finally he dragged his claws down the final branch to slow his descent, and landed right in front of her.
"Nothing brings me anywhere," He said, puffing out his chest and giving his mane and feather a shake. "That being said, my curiosity directed my paws here, and once I saw them I couldn't help but come and take a look. What do you think they are, anyway?"

Kimaya:
Kimaya flicked her blueish tail as she sat down her gaurd up as she watched the male before her."I suppose that is fine with me"she said not too bothered that he would rather say her full name rather then the nicknames. Though what bothered her most was the fact that he was looking down at her. She didn't much like it. She watched as he leapt over her head to the branches of the tree where she had been digging her den. But he soon came down and now stood in front of her. She held her head high quietly"they as in these rocks. I don't know they seem mystifying enough "She said. The beautiful she wolf didn't want to say she chose this spot because she felt drawn to it.

Pan;
Kimaya was definitely a proud female—Pan could tell. She kept her chin high, her face betraying nothing as he flipped and twisted through the branches. It was rather fluid, if somebody had asked him—but nobody did. Pan gave his head a shake and flicked the ear with the bar inside of it upon landing. When he mentioned the ruins, Kimaya agreed that they seemed mysterious and mystical. He cast his mid-matched eyes up to the rocks again, tracing over their strange straight lines and rising flat peaks. He turned to her as she commented. There was something unsaid in her tone—she was not being entirely truthful about why she had come, Pan could sense it. ”Where do you think they came from?”

Kimaya;
She watched him her gaze then moved to the start of a den just behind her at the base of the tree."yes well you speak as if I know the answers of this place. I only know as much as you do."She said calmly before she got to her paws. Turning around not really fearing the male behind her would attack her,she started to dig out a better den but paused"so what's with all the questions anyways"she spoke as she stopped and glanced back at him her ears pricked and her rose red eyes alight with curiosity for a moment.

Pan;
She shut down Pan’s questions good and hard. The young male chuckled to himself and nodded slowly as she brushed pat him and started digging out the den once more. He cast his eyes behind them at the ruins so close at hand. Surely she must have felt the shiver in the air—as if heat was rising, though the air was cold. Something about the rocks, so different than anything he had seen before, made him feel almost like he was being watched. Not watched exactly, for that was impossible—but there was something at work there, in the air. It almost felt similar to the feeling when a wolf walks into an empty clearing, but can tell if there was someone else there moments before. Not by smell. By feel. It was something else. He shivered as Kimaya spoke again. He shrugged in reply to her words.
”I’m just curious about it. I’d think that anybody would be. Aren’t you?”

POV switches a lot... The small black male tromped through the forest in annoyance. "I'm not short Kodi, you are simply freakishly tall." Glaring at his mate with icy white eyes, Shajea huffed. Kodi lowered his silver head to his mate's, multi-colored eyes sparkling in the patchy light. "Wow! It's so nice down here, so warm and fuzzy and- oh it just got better! I can look you in the eyes at this height!" Jea glared right into Kodi's brown eyes and smoothly replied, "Laugh it up skyscraper, you let me know if it starts to rain up there."
Kodi raised his head back up with a amused chuff. Soon neither could hold back their laughter because for some reason they found something funny. The fight dissipated and the two males fell into companionable silence. Kodi's sure paws led the way for Jea, (Neither was easy to lose, Kodi had a white badger stripe and Jea was covered in bright blue spots). The pair was far from silent, occasional conversation filled the silence and in between the sounds of tromping pawsteps disturbed the quiet.
It was Jea who smelled other wolves first, and he stopped dead. Suddenly anxiety seized him, what if his family had found him? What would they do to Kodi, to him? Would they kill them both?
By this point Kodi had stopped too, looking back at Jea with concern. "Jea? What's wrong?" He trotted back, nudging the small black male with his nose. Kodi smelled Jea's fear, but he also smelled other wolves. Maybe that was the issue? Kodi had to try. Time to break out the big gun.
After determining direction and telling Jea to stay put (He didn't seem like he was going to move, but Kodi was making sure) he made as much noise as possible with his approach. Trying to feel as intimidating as possible, Kodi shoved his way through the undergrowth and into the clearing where he presumed the other wolves were. He had drew himself up to his full height and tried to make as terrifying a entrance as possible, but it was foiled by the fact that he felt Jea literally right behind his tail. He looked behind him at the smaller male who had decided to follow him. "I told you to stay put." Kodi whispered, Jea just looked at him stoically and refused to budge. Knowing arguing was useless, Kodi just sighed and looked back at the wolves through a gap in the bush. Sighing, he took a step out and emerged from the undergrowth with a much smaller black, white and blue male behind him. Looking at the two wolves, he was trying to figure out what to say when Jea spoke up.
"Hi, sorry, we were just passing through. We'll be going now!"
Kodi looked down at Jea with a pleading look in his eyes. They both needed more social interaction, and this was what they needed. Kodi looked back at the other two. "Sorry, please, continue."

Kimaya :
Kimaya paused and looked at him for a long moment"of course I was curious. Though I can always satisfy my curiosity later since I'm trying to make me a den to settle into for now."She said before she blinked her gaze moving to who had arrived . She saw two wolves and her neck fur raised up a little bit before forcing herself to relax."no it's fine "She said deciding to give up on digging out her den more"er ok. I didn't think I needed a say so for a conversation"She said looking to Kodi. She then was quiet for a moment"are you going to stay for a bit or are you guys seriously just passing through."She said

Pan;
Kimaya shut him down, once again. Pan's ears drooped. She really wasn't one for conversation, was she? His mis-matched eyes narrowed, giving him an even wilder appearance, and he tossed his mane. "Well excuse me," The little male said, rolling his eyes slightly and turning to go. If she didn't want to talk, he wouldn't make her. So she wanted to build a den, and clearly she didn't want to be disturbed. Pan could live with that.
Just as he took a few steps to leave, however, two new males entered. Pan's ears perked right back up. One looked curious and even uncomfortable, and the other looked pleading, as if he disagreed with what the first had said. Kimaya was quick to jump on them, saying that first she didn't need their permission to have a conversation— "Which we hadn't really been having," Pan interjected. And then Kimaya continued to berate them and asked if they really were leaving. Pan's tail flicked behind him and he grinned playfully.
"Now there's no need to be hasty," He said, backing a few paces to sit in his original spot and looking the males over. "I'm sure what she meant to say was, 'hello, if you aren't passing through you would be welcome to sit with us'. It's a free forest, after all." He winked.

Kimaya frowned her tail flicking."well excuse me if I didn't much want to chat buddy"She said whisking her tail slightly before she plopped down on her haunches."Besides I was trying to get me a den made before you showed up"She said before she let out a breathe"So I am sorry for not appeasing you with a conversation. Oh great and powerful"the beautiful she wolf said sarcastically. Though she did glance to the two she didn't care what any of them thought of her. As she pushed the dirt away from the almost finished den she laid down.
