Strange

Fjord was looking down on creation. He sat in the smooth mouth of one of the mystic caves. His red eyes stared down the mountains slope into the valley. He could make out half of the valley, the rest was dust a blur beyond the horizon. The soon-to-be alpha rolled his shoulders and winced at the terrible brain freeze. Giest was rigt, it did hurt. The male lifted a paw and felt around his left eye. That was where the mark of water chose to place itself.

He placed his paw pack on the stone and watched as frost spread beneath his pads. A faint blue glow blurred his vision as the mark glowed.

Still marching behind his soon-to-be Alpha, Edge's eyes sight the slopes of the becan mountain, away from the valley below, if he could see it. Its dust blur blanket the ground, covering the Winter's wind and rain, even the slightest bit of the redwoods couldn't be seen! How high up are they? A sudden qualm engulf in the black wolf's belly as his eyes turn towards Fjord and the mother mouth of the mystical cave of the White Wolves; however, as his eyes now connects with Fjord's, Edge was shock to see frost spread through his soon-to-be Alpha's paws, resulting in Edge to question their area, but he simply shut his muzzle before a word escape.

Fjord's broad head swiveled to take in the sight if his beta Edge. He was strong, loyal and brave. Perfect, not to mention he was huge and vicious enough to strike fear into any wolf below him. Fjord has to admit it, Edge was impressive. Though he had some weaknesses as well. That shewolf Luna couldn't be good for him.

Fjords blood red eyes narrowed as he caught his beta gawking at his feet that were encased in a thin layer if frost. Giving him a cold glare for a warning Fjord dismissed his slip up. "Come Beta and sit with me. Let us discuss the subject of territory." Fjord stuck out a paw and placed it on the rock next to him, bits of ice formed under his paw.

As the voice of Fjord spit through his ears, Edge connect his glaze at the position the newly Alpha wanted him to stand. His muscular features stomp over the weaken path of many wolves before them, thus making the Beta's mind on the countless times others had meetings in this enigma kingdom above the valley. "Yes sir," begin Edge after his place by Fjord. "For your pack we need a territory that will host not only loyal members but also someplace where prey and water is available to all." Edge stare down at Fjor as he awaits his decision on this matter.

Fjord listened to his beta's reasoning. They were all very good points. "What about the Barren Wastes?" Fjord asked, though his voice was decisive. "It's small, but we do not need a great number of wolves for our purposes. It's open, and it represents our cause well." Fjord stated and curled his tail over his paws. The glowing mark faded back to black as he willed the frost to discontinue.

The white male grinned as he spoke, sending his Beta's uncomfortable stature. Being beta was tough, Edge would have to suck it up and rise to the occasion. A warm breeze rippled through Fjords fur and he knew that spring was coming. Spring would mark the dawn if a new age.

As if Fjord's hissing voice don't send shiver down his spine, his cold, unfix stares should do the trick! Those uncomfortable red eyes is like acid bleeding through his skin; everything about this strange wolf always hinder the massive male, making him look tiny and weak. After a few nods about the Barren Waste, Edge agree that it's small, but genuine as the pack's first owned land. "Though small and dilapidated, it is very close to the hunting plains. With its clear rocks and open grass view, any wolves that tries to attack us will be spotted very soon!"

"Precisely!" Fjords eyes lit up with a cruel glee as Edge caught on. The white alpha rolled his shoulders and looked out over the valley. His careful red eyes scanned the scene below him. His gaze bumped over the hills if the plains, and zoomed past the many thick forests to rest iver one small patch of snow. It was purest white, untouched by wolves, iron the edge a copse of decaying, rotting trees stood-if you could even calm it standing-

The red pawed male dug his claws in as he greedily grinned and mentally claimed the territory. If need be, he could expand. He liked that. If he wanted to take over he could. Nothing could stand in his way now. Not even the ledgend art Fridgid Plague!

Edge smile as the grin on Fjord's muzzle lighten and bloom with promises towards the silent, white valley below. The black wolf glare at the land below them, imagining ever wolf coward and feared the newly, dreaded Alpha as every step his mighty paws touch mountains will crumble into ashes and lashes of his bloody eyes freeze a wolf and its pack as stones! Even though Edge wasn't Evil at heart, he knew that combining his strenght and Power won't ease Fjord's superior regin, so only his loyalty and size is enough if he wanted to survive in this new hell hole he helped created. It may concern others about his own promises, but that was all before Fjord came in.

"So, my soon-to-be Alpha Fjord, should I call out for White Wolf to heal you?" Edge bark, hoping at least the heavenly wolf would heal his wounds also. His running blood may have stop, but he can still feel the bite marks from the sweeping motions of the wind on his pelt.

Koroneis seemed to appear out of thin air, but behind the two male wolves. Usually, she would not be able to do such a thing, but a hole in the wall allowed her to see inside and that was all she needed. Standing still, she had teleported into the cave. The last two times she had teleported, she used a different method. This time, she imagined herself as an immortal, all-powerful deity. She imagined herself as the Power, but in the form of a wolf. She imagined herself looking upon the fabric of the world that was White Wolf Mountain and White Wolf Valley, then folded it so that where she was standing and where she wanted to be connected, like newly-joined plates.

She set one russet-red paw across the crack, then moved her entire body along. As with all new methods, she had to be wary of failure. When it proved successful and she exited the glorious magic that was her power, she had appeared right where she aimed. At least it was better than the hunting trip, in which she'd stumbled a little. This was completely stable and she liked the feeling. Liked the victory. Liked the new method.

One wolf, the smaller of the two, seemed to possess the power of ice. Judging from the speed at which it receded, Koroneis knew that all he had was a Level 1 Ice power, and he had just received it. Even though she had only had hers for 3 days, and that hers was a Level 1 as well, she definitely had much more practice. The second seemed to have a power as well. But this time, an offensive one. To fit such a brute, he most likely had Electricity or Venom. 

Both of them were definitely evil. She could feel the evil in her veins calling out to stick with her brethren, her alliance. However, something kept her wary and cautious. The smaller wolf had not just an alliance with Evil, he also had a sort of primordial evil in his blood. A dark, insane chaos that resounded through his mind. He was a killer, Koroneis realised. Not a wolf who would kill given sufficient reason, such as revenge or duty. This was a wolf who killed for sport.

The second one at least had a shred of morals, his unease with being with this wolf clearly palpable, at least to Koroneis. She'd never tell anyone of her excellent ability, her ability to read people, discern their thoughts, discern their feelings. Her intuition was a useful, valuable weapon and no way was she ever going to give that up. Not now, not ever except maybe to the ones she truly trusted and cared about.

Fjord grinned, his lips curled up on his muzzle, revealing his sharp incisors. The large male shifted and he caught another breath of wind. This shaft if air came brim behind him, a caverns' draft. On that draft he smelled something, another wolf. The scent was that of sour honey, a very sickly sweet flavor. Fjord's grin disappeared and he wrinkled his nose in disgust. Akheron's blood smelled better than that! The large white male growled. It was a deep growl that began in his belly, then only a tremor, but then as his rise to his chest it became richer, more threatening. When the growl erupted from his maw it was a loud, fearsome snarl that would strike fear in the heart of any alpha.

Fjord's white ruff in his neck bristled and stood on end, making him look slightly bigger. His rounded ears were shoved forward, his white tail arched menacingly over his back as he stood. In a swift movement he spun on his heels to face the perpetrator. When his blood red eyes met this shewolf he was confused. She was evil, but not him nor Giests kind of evil. She was not a killer, she was one of the Frigid Plauge type wolves. In Fjords opinion not even worthy of being labeled evil. They were more like neutral rogues.

Fjord scanned this red and gold shewolf. She was tough, and well prepared. Just then his eye caught something on her fur. A power mark. Obviously from the way she snuck up on the two makes she had teleportation. Fjord was almost never wrong. But when he was, no one dared tell him so. But what really got to him was how much she looked like his mother, Redd. Fjord felt his heart start to soften but he quickly iced it back over. Absouloutely NO feelings were escaping this time!

The large white male looked at her again with a harder stare. His power mark over his eye began to glow and frost spread underneath his paw. "Who are you? And what do you want?!" He snapped impatiently, his throbbing headache Giest had given him pounded ever presently in his head.

Why does Koroneis get to smell bad? Also, he wouldn't be able to see her power mark because it's on her paw. All he'd be ab;e to see would be the floor having a slight hint of light. Will post reply shortly.))
