WinterSnow smiled at his comment. "i was in the rain so my coat is a little wet." she said smiling. "thank you Holt for letting me into your den." she said to the mottled brown male. "it was my pleasure WinterSnow." he said smiling. He decided he was going to learn more about this wolf before he started to like her. "so who are these wolves?" she asked a little curious. "are you having a party?" she asked jokingly. "no these nice wolves also needed to get out of the rain so I let them in also. That's koa." he said pointing his tail at her. "this wolf hasn't said his name yet but he is nice." he told her.

Koa;
Her question seemed to have caught Yukio slightly off-guard, but he replied in proper verbal-sparring-fashion and even shot her a look of appreciation. Koa let a very light smile touch her lips, enjoying the recognition (if that indeed had been what his look had been about). Yukio then launched into his own answer, letting them know that he considered himself evil. Koa’s mint-frosted eyes flicked over his frame, though she neither tensed nor moved. He seemed to expect at least some sort of discomfort to form between either herself or Holt, but for her part she was not especially concerned. Koa wasn’t afraid of much, and Yukio has shown no aggression so far. If anything, all he had exhibited was a slightly roguish temperament. Her soft smile stayed in place. To that end, evil would lead to the idea that there was also a good, and her guess was proven correct when Yukio asked them if they were so. No, good didn’t seem right. Koa shook her head. She was almost certainly somewhere in the middle—neutral, as it were. She had heard that term thrown around a bit in passing. Yes, that was what she was. ”I find myself more in the middle,” She said, her toned chest squaring slightly, though not in an overly-proud way.
He addressed the new female next, making a slightly obvious remark. Koa turned as Wintersnow gave a polite, albeit obvious in its own way, response. She then asked Holt if he was having some sort of party, to which he said no and then introduced the others. Koa’s ear flicked in near-irritation. She supposed him introducing her was just meant to be polite—but some wolves weren’t so forthcoming with their names. She gave a clipped sigh and told herself to get over it. ”Actually he did,” Koa said when Holt made an error. ”This is Yukio.” She shot him a slightly mischievous smile as she continued the trend of introducing each other without permission. All in good fun.

Yukio:
"Well that's boring," Yukio responded to Koa saying she found herself "in the middle." Those who knew Yukio well could catch the slight change of tone when he was saying something he didn't actually believe in merely for the sake of spicing up conversation. Of course, he knew of Neutral wolves. He had been a Neutral wolf for power's sake. He had nothing against it really, and it was an understandable life choice, but he just wanted to hear Koa's response.
Holt started up a polite conversation with WinterSnow, the newbie, and Yukio resisted sighing heavily at how dull polite conversations were. Koa's expression became mildly irritated when Holt introduced her. Yukio briefly wondered why it bothered her, but didn't dwell on it. Then Holt looked at Yukio.
"This wolf hasn't said his name yet but he is nice."
Yukio came to the conclusion that Holt was one of those wolves whose mind was always somewhere else. Maybe when Yukio had stated very clearly "I'm Yukio," Holt had been thinking of something else. Koa corrected him, then playfully gave Holt his name, and Yukio suddenly realized why it was irritating being introduced by someone else. Even when it was just a joke—which Yukio could take, thank you very much—the notion that he had to be introduced, as if he couldn't speak for himself, boiled Yukio's blood. Weirdly enough, however, Yukio took a strange pleasure in his blood being boiled. Though he hadn't recognized just how boring the conversation had been, now everything was much more interesting. He smiled crookedly.
Rather than adding to Koa's playful statement, Yukio fixed his eyes on Holt. His expression twisted into something infinitely offended just so he could see how the avidly polite Holt reacted. But Yukio was actually quite amused.

Holt looked down at his mistake. "im so sorry I can't think straight today. All I can think about is why this wolf was in my dream." he said pointing his tail at WinterSnow. He kept thinking why was she in his dream and why did she come here. WinterSnow smiled at what he said but was also surprised. "wait how can that be because you where in my dream to." she said looking at holt. She wondered if it was a message of something or if their past was connected somehow. Holt didn't know what to say. "so we both have been in each other's dreams even though we just met?" he said shocked. He didn't know things like this happened.

Koa;
She struck a nerve when she introduced Yukio, but he kept composure very well. Only a slight flash of his eyes and tensing of his lips gave Koa any indication that he had been just as irritated as she had when introduced without permission; however, he went along with the game and fixed Holt with a deeply-hurt expression. Koa withheld a smile and flicked her gaze to the smaller male to see what was going to happen. In answer: it was nothing very exciting. Holt apologized, then launched into an explanation of having dreamt about the newest female. Not interesting in and of itself, but then the female admitted to having dreamt about him, too. Koa’s eyes narrowed slightly as she took in what they said. Odd.
But not relevant to her. And probably not even true. She fought not to roll her eyes and comment thusly. The pair of wolves seemed very content to continue talking amongst themselves though, and Koa has a feeling she wouldn’t be missed if she quietly excused herself.
But then Koa tossed her marked head once and looked back to Yukio. He was interesting—intriguing—and she wanted to get to know him more; unfortunetly, the cramped interior of the tree trunk didn’t seem like the best place. Besides, her interest in the conversation was quickly waning, and the storm outside seemed to be lessening. She turned away from the mouth of the cave and back to Yukio once more. For some reason, she had a feeling that he might be able to make even a dull interaction interesting. It was because of this curiosity, that she stayed.

Yukio:
Nice wolves made everything boring.
That was why Yukio—to his parents disappointment back when he was young and ready to leave the nest—had switched to the Evil alliance. So he could surround himself with wolves who didn't mind injuring each other's feelings. He still had to watch out for the kinds of Evil wolves who would be inclined to murder him if he said something rude, but he was a quick runner, and a few scars were worth the fun.
Nice wolves, such as Holt and—to his understanding so far—WinterSnow, flattened any betokening of fun as soon as it showed its face.
But here was the paradox: Koa was nice, but Koa also seemed interesting. When Holt and WinterSnow were polite to each other, Koa looked just as bored as Yukio felt. Of course, seeing the direction the conversation was going, Yukio was ready to shove it in a new, less bland way. He saw opportunity. Two wolves saying something that was obviously not true, probably either because of a misunderstanding or they were playing a joke on them. This had potential to turn into an argument. He grew excited. He raised an eye brow at Koa, ready to show her how to steer polite small talk off the edge of a cliff.
"That is simply impossible," he said. "There is no possible way that you two were in each other's dreams even though you've never met." Yukio's eyes lit up. He so desperately wanted them to argue with him. He wanted them to tell him in a huff that they totally did dream of each other. "Do you disagree?"

Holt got mad at yukio for not believing them." How dare you call me a liar." he said growling at him. He didn't care if this wolf was a guest, he didn't care if he was a friend ,and he just wanted him out. "TAKE that back or get OUT!" he yelled at yukio. WinterSnow was so surprised when yukio said they where lying but more surprised when holt yelled. "holt be reasonable he may think we are lying and didn't mean it." she said trying to calm him down. She wanted to show him that even wolves who say mean things probably don't mean it. Holt listened to her and stoped growling. He didn't let his guard up though and kept staring at him.

Koa;
Yukio raised an eyebrow mischievously at her, and Koa’s thoughts were confirmed. Yep. Here was a wolf who didn’t stand for dullness. He challenged the pair, saying it was quite impossible that what they were saying was true. Holt didn’t react well, and that was an understatement. All of a sudden it was all growls and shouts. Koa’s minty eyes widened in shock and she leaned back from the hollering male—though she did not stand up. Clearly, Holt didn’t appreciate being challenged. A glow in Yukio’s eyes told Koa that on the flip-side, he was a wolf who loved to make those challenges. Power help them, what a mess! But it certainly wasn’t boring anymore. A reluctant smile cracked Koa’s lips as Wintersnow tried to calm Holt down. On the one hand, good for her for trying, Koa thought. But on the other hand, the pair had literally met not two minutes before, so it was almost funny that Wintersnow was trying to tell Holt anything.
Koa’s eyes flicked to Yukio once more, noticing for the first time the way the deep blue of his fur spun into the darker colours. It was a very interesting design. But his eyes were still glowing, so there was no time to appreciate esthetics. ”Lying makes the most sense.” Koa yawned lazily to try and accent that her words weren’t necessarily meant to challenge. ”Or perhaps Yukio just thinks you two are confused.” There was that little smile again.

Yukio:
Holt's response was more than Yukio could've hoped for. "No need to raise your voice. I can hear you." Yukio knew this would just provoke him more. He let WinterSnow try to calm him down because he knew it was futile.
Yukio had a wide grin, now. He knew, if he kept a straight face, it would've made this whole thing more fun. But it had been too long since he he had gotten into an argument like this. He didn't try to suppress the smile. He just let himself feel gleeful.
At the same time, he had to keep this going. He glanced at Koa as she spoke. He wasn't sure whether she was taking his side or not. Or maybe, from how casually she yawned, she was keeping her distance from the argument. He frankly preferred the latter. When wolves took his side, things got too easy. Conflict dissolved when one side felt overwhelmed. Yukio was an army himself, he could debate one side with everyone turned against him. But there was close to no chance Koa was about to join Holt's crusade against him.
"I don't think you're confused," he said. "But I still don't believe you." Yukio leaned back, let his tail sway mildly behind him to let out some of his giddiness at this fun time. If the den were larger, Yukio would be standing up, emphasizing each point he made with a thump of his front paws on the ground. "Prove it," he challenged the pair. "Prove to me that you were in each other's dreams." As far as Yukio was concerned, this was an impossible thing, seeing the contents of another wolf's dream. This should be interesting.

Holt didn't know what to do. He didn't know how to prove a dream. He looked at the wolves around him making him nervous. He looked at wintersnow for advice but she looked as confused as he was. "umm I don't know how to prove a dream." he said looking down. Wintersnow knew that Holt was confused so she stepped up. "just what kind of question is that?" she asked a bit angry. She didn't know why this wolf named yukio would ask of that even though no one knows how to prove a dream. She stared at him waiting for his answer to her question.

((I’m pretty easy either way. We have to finish it regardless, we can’t just ditch a thread. Up to you guys though, we can end it. Also though Daisy you can always have your wolves leave if you like, up to you )) Koa;Yukio disproved Koa’s more diplomatic suggestion and barrelled right in to accusing them again. She had to admit that it was a rather ridiculous claim. The other two wolves got rather angry at him, and Koa sighed. It was clear that this was going to go anywhere. Holt and Wintersnow were arguing something impossible to prove and frankly, rather unlikely, and Yukio wasn’t lettinf them off the hook. It didn’t appear as if either wolf was going to back down, either. ”Look,” Koa said, giving a half-hearted attempt to clear the water. ”WinterSnow and Holt, it’s a little bit outrageous to get mad at Yukio for being sceptical of something that is, until proven otherwise, impossible. You said yourself you can’t prove it so don’t expect us to believe something like that. And Yukio,” She turned to the rogueish evil male. She chewed her lip, unsure of what to say. ”I’d say it’s clear they’re a little bit sensitive about it. Maybe we could all just move on?”She didn’t know why she had to step in and be the parent, because frankly she believed them no more than Yukio did. The pair also shouldn’t have gotten so angry, especially considering that there were two of them and one of him, so it wasn’t exactly like he was ganging up on them. If anything, they would be ganging up on Yukio. Koa gave a slight roll of her eyes, ready to leave if things continued in this petty trend.

( @rose365 Meds Sorry this is late! Also, since this is Holt's den, it might be weird for Daisy to have her chars leave, so if you want, Daisy, we can take this outside and you can exit them, or we can just have it all fade to black. I'm fine with whatever so you guys decide what you want to do) Yukio:This happened a lot, Yukio found. The most mature, benevolent wolf in the group decided it was his or her responsibility—no duty—to chase away the conflict and make peace. Usually, he knew how to handle these types, knew exactly what to say. He turned his head to Koa, cleared his throat, smiled like danger. But for the first time in…how old was he now? Two years, about? For the first time since Yukio was a pup, he found himself at a loss of words. No. He found himself unable to say what he knew he was supposed to say, his mind stumbling over the same fear: She thinks I'm petty.Why was this happening? Koa was supposed to be obnoxious! But she wasn't. She had earned his respect already, and he couldn't seem to shake his existing opinion of her, no matter how frustrating she was acting. Just his luck to accidentally start caring about an emotional conflict-hater. Yukio quickly recovered. It was only a half a second that he hesitated, something only observant wolves would notice. Of course, this company hadn't known him long enough to know just how astonishing that minuscule hesitation was. "Conflict is already a timid creature without wolves like you scaring it off." Upon deciding he cared what Koa thought of him, Yukio didn't say it in a mean way. He smiled, as if joking around. Koa had not been very sensitive about his teasing, anyway, so it was probably safe to say. Yukio glanced back at WinterSnow and Holt. "I hope you don't take any of this personally. I just wanted a good debate." He said this mostly for Koa's sake. He did not apologize. And he didn't plan to. In a way, Yukio's banter was personal, in that he judged his peers based on how they handled what he threw at them. But Yukio would never tell anyone that. It would defeat the purpose of the trial.

Holt stood up. His den was getting crowded and hot so he decided to go outside where it was bigger and more cold. He didn't know if the others minded the sprinkling he just wanted to get some air. When he got outside he sighed and sat down. WinterSnow noticed him getting up so she got up to. When he walked outside she got really confused and followed him. She heard everything yukio said but didn't mind it as much as curiosity. She sat infront of him and looked at him. "are you ok?" she asked him with a curious tone. He looked up and sorta smiled. "ya it was just a lot of wolves and was getting crowded." he said then looked up trying to get as many rain on his face as possible.

((You're bored of it? I thought you were bored because you didn't have any topics to do xD You could always delve a bit deeper into the dream; after all, it was pretty strange. Holt and Wintersnow didn't try to convince the others very hard—like why did they dream it? Are they destined to be together? Do they have a strange connection to each other and actually did meet, years ago? They could have proven it by telling the others something about each other that nobody else would know (for example, a secret fear or a hidden scar). If you really are bored of it, I'll have Koa leave on my next post—but think about it. It COULD leave it open for an interesting Rp))
Koa;
Yukio fixed Koa with a slightly wondering, and very mischievous smile. Koa watched him with half-lidded eyes, curious and slightly excited to see what his next move would be. She hadn't met a wolf like Yukio before. For a moment, a bare moment, it seemed that he was lost for words—which struck Koa as odd, because he had seemed to be full of them—but then he was up and talking again so quickly that Koa was sure she had imagined it.
He told her she was scaring off the conflict, and in reply Koa was half-tempted to laugh and stick her tongue out—a very uncharacteristic thing. She refrained, but a smirk had found its way onto her maw. Yukio then surprised her further, by expressing some concern that the others had taken it personally. Koa fixed him with a skeptical glance and gave a hint of a snort. She didn't believe a word of that—except for the piece about longing for a good debate. As for the other part of the sentence, no way. She would have bet her dinner that Yukio did in fact hope very much that they had taken it personally.
In any case, the strange pairing left without so much as another word. Koa followed them with her eyes, mystified. Was he not even going to accept Yukio's (almost) apology? Or at least acknowledge his attempt at smoothing things over (which in itself had surprised Koa that he would try to do at all). She heard the other two murmuring to each other outside, and fixed Yukio with a minty-eyed stare. She got up and walked close to him, leaning in with a wicked grin on her maw. She spoke under her breath so the others wouldn't hear.
"You don't fool me, Mr. Smooth talker," Her eyes sparked, then she turned and sat in the mouth of Holt's den, her back purposely to Yukio. She looked Holt and Wintersnow over as they enjoyed the rain. If they wanted her to leave, or if they left themselves, she was perfectly happy to go as well. But should the interaction start to get interesting again, she was more than happy to stay. She nodded once at the two of them, still with Yukio behind her and sheltered from the rain.

Yukio:
"Mr. Holt," Yukio called after the owner of the den. "Your skin not thick enough to tell us to get lost?" He chuckled, then his ears flattened as Koa strode toward the exit. But then she stopped in the lip of the den. A relieved sigh slipped out of Yukio's throat. Certain she heard it, he said coolly, "I was worried you'd leave me with those two."
Silhouetted by the light from outside, Koa was an apparition. A gentle breeze blew into the den, and the scents of rain and intuition mingled. Yukio considered saying something like "You smell like intuition," but logic vetoed it. Instead he said, "What do you think I'm hiding, Miss Intellect?" Yukio loved nicknames. Koa was totally setting him up.
"You think I secretly had a dream last night that I met a witty blue she wolf in a rainstorm?" Yukio swished his tail side to side, mildly worried she had figured him out. No one figured Yukio out. He figured them out. "I'll have you know I don't believe in fate." Yukio tilted his head. "Do you?"
