((Ok well, I'm replying to this, Daisy—feel free to hop back in if you want ))
Koa;
Yukio admitted he had been worried that Koa would leave him with the odd couple that had now gone outside. Koa glanced back over her shoulder and fixed him with a dangerous and challenging smirk. He then asked her a question. He asked her what she thought he was hiding.
She turned, now leaving her back to those outside, and regarded him with a playfully cool expression.
"I haven't the faintest idea what you might be hiding," Koa said, ignoring his joke about her, the witty blue wolf. Her tail lashed behind her and her eyes brightened. "But I am of the belief that almost everybody has something to hide..." She sighed then, straightening once more and losing her mischievous grin. "However this time, I meant that your phony hope of them not taking anything personally didn't fool me."
He asked her a question about fate then, and she tilted her head side to side as if considering her answer.
"No, I don't believe that the White Wolves have enough time to spare to designate a personal fate to every sorry mortal wolf down here in the valley—" She paused once more, thinking of how to phrase her next words. Yukio was clever. She had noticed, and was so far enjoying their interaction. "—but I do believe that some things are meant to be. Most recently, I believe that you and I were meant to meet if only so that I could watch you torment those poor souls out there in the rain." She nodded her head backwards, indicating where Holt and Wintersnow no doubt still sat talking quietly.
